Love Formula Chapter 17

Chapter starts with fmc walking on the street at night barefooted. Some passerby look at her surprised wondering why is there a woman walking bare footed. Fmc is thinking to herself why she called mc. She remembered the time she blew him off and told him that the manager(Douche/rapist) was a better, more capable and well mannered person compared to mc(lol). She thinks how could I have called mc after telling him those harsh words last time. She then also remember telling mc to go apologize to manager(Douche/rapist) as soon as possible. Fmc thinks how she must have hurt mc with what she said and how she behaved toward him that time.

Fmc still in deep thought, asking herself why did she call mc. Then we hear mc call HyeJin(fmc) which surprise her. Mc who had clearly been running a lot call her name again. Fmc looks surprised. Mc sees fmc shaking and asks her why isn;t she picking up her phone and of she knows how worried he was. He then asks her why does she look like that(She looks shaken and ragged) and asks her if she's okay. Fmc still shaking asks mc why did he come. She turns her head on the side, trying to avoid eye contact with mc and tell him that she clearly told him not to come(Really, you still want to play the Tsun card right now).Fmc feet are hurting her and she start falling over. Mc then swoops in and catches her. He then asks her if she's okay. Fmc tries to play the tsun card one last time, trying to protest against mc being there for her but she can't hold it anymore and start crying then embraces mc while still bawling. Mc hugs her back then tells her to go home.

Scene switches to fmc's place. Mc is applying first aid on fmc's foot and wrapping it in a band-aid. Fmc tells mc that she's do it herself. Mc tells her to stay still and he's doing it. Mc then tells her what kind of girl's foot is this(he's trying to troll here, to lighten up the mood). Mc thinks how this could leave a scar if not tended right. Fmc tells mc that she's sorry. She then asks mc why did he come to her. She tells him that she doesn't need him and can handle things herself(the tsundere is strong in this one). Mc tells her how could he have left her alone when she called him while crying and asking for help(true). MC thinks to himself how fmc doesn't know how worried he was while coming to her and was running like a crazy person. Mc then thinks how he still doesn't know what happened to her and if there was someone chasing her. He then looks at fmc and thinks how she doesn't know how worried she made him.

After a small moment of awkward silence, fmc calls mc's name. She tells him it's late and he should probably go and she'll handle the rest from here. Mc asks her if's she's sure she'll be fine. Fmc tells him she'll be okay. Mc stands up and tells her to make sure to go to the hospital tomorrow. Mc turns around and tells her he'll take his leave. Fmc then tells mc to hurry and that Jieun(coworker) is waiting for him(damn, she dropped the bomb). Mc stops and thinks how she knows then. Mc tried to turn around but grit his teeth and continues heading toward the door. Fmc sees that, stretches her arm out as if trying to reach mc, and tried to say something but nothing is coming out of her mouth. She starts tearing up, she put her hands on her mouth to prevent the sound of her sobbing to come out. Fmc asks herself why is she acting this way while sobbing and tears dripping on the floor.

Mc comes back and put his hand on her head. He then slides and rest the palm of his hand on fmc's teary cheek and tells her how could he leave while she's looking this sad. He tells her he'll stay with her all night long. Fmc looks at mc, grips his hand that's holding her cheek and start bawling while repeatedly saying his name(Yoobin). Mc narrates how that moment he saw Hyejin(fmc) eagerly crying for his name, he realized that he wasn't worried about Hyejin just because she was a friend but because he liked her.

Mc then proceeds to kiss fmc, who kissed back. They continue they long, heartfelt and passionate kiss. Fmc put her hand on mc's neck, then she wraps both her hands around his neck. Post kiss and mc is looking at fmc lying down. He then tells her to tell him to stop if she doesn't like it and what's about to happen(sex), to just say no. Fmc looks at mc and tells him it's okay. She tells him if it's him then it's okay. TBC...
