  1. Please go to Start->All Programs-> GFI MailEssentials and run the GFI MailEssentials Troubleshooter.

  3. Please fill out all the required information. Then, when it is finished, a folder named support will show up in the GFI\MailEssentials directory. Please zip this up and name it casenumber.zip and upload it to the FTP site listed below. If you attempt to upload the file once, and are unsuccessful, please append an A, B, or C onto the end of the zip file name.

  6. User: gfi
  7. Password: gfi911cust
  8. If using Windows Explorer use: ftp://gfi:gfi911cust@ftp.gfisoftware.com
  9. (make sure to paste the login credentials with the hostname if using IE)
