History of Character:  From a commoner of great medical talents to a Cadet unable to follow orders, one that would leave the order in pursuit of a dream and now, a Captain of the sea, leading his own crew aboard the Grand Stallion, all being known by Osrona as Noble Explorers, but to the rest of the world, they were seen as Pirates, and Uri, recognized as a Lord of the sea amongst his peers. He would eventually earn a title from Xyth, a man who will one day create a settlement by the name of Osilot or rather, their people of the ship... Even though Uri had been offered by General Alya to be an Admiral of Theria, he would turn it down. He turned all military deals down in the pursuit of freedom, never wanting to be told how to live, what would be expected of him... Xyth knew this when he asked Uri to be a member of his council because Uri, would speak for the people as he has always done. A man in pursuit of true freedom, away from the typical traditions of Esshar, and he'll do much more than simply fight for it, but live by the example of what true freedom was. For he was after all, known by many as the Wandering Phoenix.

Ability Development:

The Very Beginning of Uri & Anos The Guardian Planet, https://pastebin.com/8aSGhMmj :Within this chapter, Inante takes Uri into a sacred room within the church. He would guide the lad further onto the path of the stars through his great wisdom. From here, Uri was introduced to the many Faiths and all the qualities each symbol possessed. For even if you were not a magi of the stars, you could still hold these ideals close to your heart. For Uri it was the desire to protect, to spread his wings one day and have the skills capable of protecting, and mending the injured within the town of Osrona. It's clear that Inante uses his talents to better guide Uri through this deep meditation, until he could catch a glimpse of what its like to connect with a star.


 -Uri, Dangerous Battlle, an Awakened Dream Towards Freedom, https://pastebin.com/RmD77Dt4 : Now this is a big scene all together as the bandits being Bastion.. Katherine, Cruinne one other. Uri would observe the situation as a young medic who swore to protect the people of Osrona and here. That same resolve would be tested as he made an attempt to actually sacrifice himself and take them all on...However, the others such as Alice did not feel too good about this and so everyone would fight making this a 4v4 while this particular scene would focus on Uri and his fight with Cruinne, a man he thought to be his righteous rival, someone who would push him for the purpose of freedom only to come across him as an enemy this day. (The Awakened and inherited dream of Freedom.)

- Uri - Bitten Flames, Uri Vs The Giant Rat of the sewers, https://pastebin.com/8hP4hX4p : This was a run in with an bounty monster... Uri was curious about the rumors he's heard and thought he would check the sewers to see if it was actually true... And upon searching, he found EXACTLY what he was looking for...The giant rat, thought to be sleeping but sprung up just so quick, too quick for Uri to react! This lead to a fight that Uri would lose due to improper use of his flames, trying way TOO hard to utilize the unique unarmed style and failing at it... Luckily, through his wits did he escape the giant rat. He lived, to fight another day!

This one is pretty self explanitory with the on going war between Osrona and Theria.. Here, Uri joins them as one of the 10 who will fight the dragon... He enters the battlefield with his Primordial Flames already active, looking to give his aid in every way that he could... Though he was not alone as many from his crew came to give aid to Osrona, representing the Soaring Phoenix. And as their noble leader, he showed no hesitation, diving into battle. He fought well with Marie at his side, something he did not expect... She followed him, side by side till the very end... His friend acknowledged this strength and took the victory kill for Osrona! Everyone did their part, and so limited, I took the highlights of the fight for overall effect of the scene. In the end, Uri finally got his revenge, watching as the killer of his sister Faira would suffer from great emotional loss after viewing the death of his beloved dragon god... Now there was a loss for a loss... Balance, and by his helping hand. This allowed Uri to start seriously living for himself... First it was obtaining his nobility and now, bringing justice to his sisters death... Poetic Justice, upon a horse no less.

Following the winds at High noon...An adventure in which the Soaring Phoenix crew has left the coast of Esshar in search of horses and coin to explore the island of Los'tal in search of arcanium. They come across the many hardships any crew would when dealing with bandits... Uri for one, leading the crew would do so with an iron fist and strategic mindset, believing in the power of each of his members. Even fighting alongside them until the very end. Though during these difficult times, he tried to achieve a greater power within his fist, to protect and lead them onto victory. To taste that same freedom by releasing the horses from their shackles.

A challenge after a questionable decision? One thing about Miura, was that he was always there to test Uri's strength, especially now that he was Captain and making questionable choices. The crew member was not committing mutiny but rather seeing if the Captain was truly powerful enough to keep himself restrained so often. Uri never displayed his true abilities, not unless the times had called for it. But here, he would display a little more, a bit of a light show as the two fought with their fire shrouds and Miura with his elemental attunement upon a blade. In the end, the two had gained a higher respect for one another, from Miura to Uri as a worthy Captain and Uri to Miura as a Polished Path Seeker. A testimant of freedom.

Uri - Acts Against The Crown to Protect His Student's Life - https://pastebin.com/bPQnEyiE :
In this scene, Uri takes witness to the arrest of his student, Caila after she ventured to Osrona to try and have word with the King... He had no doubts in her strength, but, when he watched the fight, it seemed like many others were ready to fight after Nebula...This was something Uri would not sit with, he would have it only be himself to fight his dear student, but alas, due to Kingdom Priority rules, he was not able to... However, a peaceful arrangement followed before another fight could begin... Uri however, remained cautious, ready to fight anyone who tried anything against his student that would prevent her from a safe flee of the kingdom despite her actions of attempting to obtain peace and prevent an all out war. (Wasn't allowed to fight.  King had priority in ic to intervene.)

This is a Chance of Death event of which Uri would attend by lending both his ship and his combative power to two friends of his. Astrid cos Salis and Ebern Tyr Antioch. They venture to a land south of Osrona in search of cosmic wisdom, whilst for Uri, it would be to obtain an ability thought to be lost, a hidden technique where one would make an inferno out of their fist and limbs. It is a rather long...VERY long adventure (7pm to 3am), one filled with a couple of battles ans mystery , both of which they barely make it out of, winning only by the sheer skin of their teeth after finding a woman hidden away within a cosmic empowered tree. This then leads them to fight a one eye'd cosmic wolf, and despite being the one to end and win the fight, Uri, due to his bad luck with the dice gods, would sustain a permanent injury, but for what it was worth, his fist endured a heat like no other and obtained the Stargazer's Eye. Through his experience of fire and the stars, he fights against such a power alongside his comrades, his friends. Upon their victory, he ventures home with vision to be that fighting force for Osilot a settlement to be with the people aboard the Grand Stallion. From this event, he betters himself by facing death knowing that it would be a necessary bravery in order to defend their freedom.

Plans:
To Be Free, breaking away from the shackles of Osrona; to protect our people aboard the Soaring Phoenix Ship.
To make an impact on the story of the server through the leadership of Osilot to be and all the players that will be apart of it.
To put all rivals, such as Alexander in their place for throwing countless lives away in the name of war and glory for the crown.
To expose myself by trying newer things.
To make The Soaring Phoenix a guild to be feared and admired.

Desired Perks: Unarmed - Way of the Stars, (5RPP) Intermediate or Masters (Unsure of this ability and what it does but it felt more fitting than Inferno Fist.)

Additional Information: I understand that I was denied the 2nd time for too many logs and no cohesive story if I'm understanding correctly... The first time was from a lack of worldly impact and a few other things. From that, I got a change in motivation, to try something new, instead of Inferno Fist, I've decided to try and go for Way of the Stars, not knowing how it works, and even having the idea of my own intermediate, but was told that one was already in the game.
