Dear Orpheus and Eurydice,

I hope it’s okay that I’m writing to you both.  I figured you would have preferred it this way.

You two have been a big source of strength throughout my time here.  I think you guys stopped me from completely losing it when I found Mumble’s body so long ago.  And I cannot thank you enough for being with me through my breakdowns and tears.

I’m sorry for scaring you like this last Wednesday.  My arm is healing up fine but I’m sad that we weren’t able to have one last guitar session together, but every time I think about how you were there for me, even after doing something so stupid and dangerous, I don’t regret our last day together at all.

I love you two, so much, and I promise we’ll get you two out of there and some place where you never have to worry about if we have enough food.  I owe you that much.
