I’m gonna make this short and simple rn because I feel really nauseous and bout to sleep but basically what we’ve seen, and with all due respect and 0 offensive implications, a lot of the maps you’re posting shouldn’t be up for discussion. What I mean with this, is you seem to just be posting threads to post threads, without actually considering that whenever you post a thread or input your opinions, you’re either putting a map into the game or removing a map from the game. This may seem obvious and stupid for me to say it, but it needs to be understood. Players are going to play these maps or have been playing these maps with 0 problems. I don’t really know how to explain it that well, it’s just something I’ve noticed. And this can easily be fixed, I believe in you. But a lot of us have seemed to notice this, and your attitude at times seems very forced or fake. Wanting to be promoted is great, but please make sure you’re doing your job correctly at the same time. that’s all I’ll say for now because I should sleeeeep
Also with the maps thing
Deperming maps or trying to deperm maps that have been in rotation for a very long time is not a good idea and is very unnecessary. These maps, whether easy or not, are fine to be in rotation unless they are absolute garbage. As a mapcrew of course, you’d have more freedom with deperming or perming maps, which is why this is a big concern to a lot of us
Remember that quality is better than quantity. As long as you sensibly post maps and think before you input your decisions and opinions, that’s what we’re going to respect and appreciate. We’d rather have a staff member that puts themselves in players’ positions and views all sides of the spectrum first
