The monsters began climbing up onto the metal grating one after another. And then, something like a huge mountain split the surface of the sea and appeared. It was grotesque. It was like it was built by carelessly twisting and connecting humans, a lump of meat similar to a centipede​, looking down on Asaka from a distant height.
