  1. Cape builds and animates minions from clay, mud, lead, anything soft and moldable. Minions between the size of the capes fist and a basketball, and their abilities and behavior are based on the shape the cape sculpts them into before animating. Make a cat, and the minion is nearly silent, and viciously predatory (toward opponents not much more than twice its size) but really only follows the direction the cape gave it on creation. Other than that, it acts in the cape's interest, as it perceives it with an IQ well below human. Make a dog and the minion is cheerful and obeys simple spoken commands, but not good at keeping quiet. Make an ox, and the minion is ridiculously strong for a two-fist-sized minion.

  3. The power can be charged up, enhancing it in one major respect, whether it be range, breadth, versatility (ie. can pick from options while charging), quality of special effects, or raw power. e.g. double maximum size for a minion, with corresponding stats, but only two of those at a time. Charging means the power takes a round longer or twice as long to activate, whichever is longer, but the charged use is an additional use that is in the cape's repertoire.
