- Official Ironmon Arcade rules (formerly known as kaizo-)
- For players who want an easier/more fun challenge than Kaizo.
- Initial rules were a mix of Kaizo and ultimate.
- Differences from Kaizo
- Choose starter
- 100% TM compatibility.
- 100% catch rate.
- Non-OP non consumable held items allowed.
- Can Purchase 1 item from each shop.
- Hidden Items are banned.
- Early lavender rival no longer a thing, do pokemon tower at the right time.
- No Level limit on pivots, can do early digletts cave for +10 levels.

- You may purchase 1 item from each shop - reduce RNG
- (Pokeballs and repels are not part of this limit and may be purchased as much as you wish.)
- You cannot use the held items - Leftovers, Shell Bell, Lucky Egg, Choice Band. These items are too good.
- Catch or Kill 1 per Route You can only catch OR kill one Pokémon per Route. It does not have to be the first one seen. All other Exp will come from Trainers. (No catch and release) - Make brock easier
- 100% catch chance - reduce RNG
- 100% TM compatability - reduce RNG, increase viability of late pivots.
- You can choose any starter ball - increase win chance, reduce frustration
- One Shot Dungeons You can only enter a dungeon once unless the story requires a revisit
- A Dungeon refers to:
- Any Building with Trainers
- Victory Road (all caves?)
- You cannot use heal stations present in these locations.
- No Uber Strong Mons No using 580+ BST Pokémon. If your Pokémon evolves into something with 600 BST or higher that is ok.

- Points are lost if
- Struggle is used
- A trainer blocks a ball.
- A heal station is used more than once.

- One Pokémon at a time You may only use one Pokémon in battle at a time.
- No HM moves can be used in battle.
- No Way Out Gyms Once You Enter a Gym or Dojo, You cannot leave until you defeat ALL TRAINERS
- Fluctuating Growth Rates All Pokémon have Fluctuating Growth Rate except for Legendaries which are set to Slow. This ensures no pokes evolve into a legendary and a lower level for your main in the endgame
- "Set" Battles Only You must use "Set" battle type in the in-game settings.
- Banned Moves No Healing Moves of any kind (Recover, Milk Drink etc, No Drainpunch etc, No Leech Seed. No Refresh/Aroma etc), No Spore, No Assist. This does not include Metronome.
- No Healing Items outside of Battle No HP Healing Items while outside of battle
- No use of any flute items for status healing
- No Healing Stations in Dungeons No Pokecenter-like healing in Dungeons (Example - Rocket Hideout NPC, SS Anne Bed, etc)
- Sevii Islands are banned
- Permadeath Once your Pokémon faints you can no longer use it, no exceptions.
- Don't be Rude You have to talk to MOM when you start your journey, otherwise that's just rude.
- Randomize the game with Kaizo Randomizer Settings
- All Pokémon, movesets, and items are randomized, with Trainer Pokémon & Wild Pokémon levels increased by 50%.
- A few specific settings for Kaizo:
- Static Pokémon MUST NOT have level increase
- No "Make Evolutions Easier"
- Forced Fully Evolved at Level 30
- Add 3 Additional Pokémon to Boss Trainers
- You may not re-fight trainers at any point using the VS Seeker or other means. You may not abuse respawning items by picking them up more than once
