Captain (Obvious)
First Mate (Does everything the captain's too busy to do, mainly relating to inventory, discipline, security, and crew contentment)
Second Mate/Navigator (The 'pilot' essentially)
Third Mate/Head of Safety (Ensures that the crew and ship are both at their top possible condition)
Engineer/Boatswain (Most senior person on the ship, typically entrusted with repair and condition of the ship's facilities)
Steward (Meant to help organize the living conditions of the crew through inspections of quarters, meals, and inventory, also the one responsible for business endeavors when not sailing)
Cook (Obvious)
Doctor (Obvious)
Chaplain (Responsible for performing the religious rites and ceremonies for whatever the majority of the crew happens to believe in)
