[15:29] [user]Aaron Corper[/user]: I have a friend that was banned like, 5 years ago for being 17--they made an account again *after* they were 18, because they had lost the email stuff for that account. Recently they put forth a ticket explaining they were 22 now and asking for the old account to be unbanned or at least to be contacted--instead, within 5 mins they were banned for "ban evasion" which is nonsense since the reason they were banned is that they were underage and they made the new account when that was no longer an issue. They have put forth a new ticket, which has gone entirely ignored.

If you can just look at the new ticket for me, I would be appreciative. Whatever happens from there is mod discretion but I feel like what's happendd thus far is negligence and "ban and forget" on the other mod's part.
