The Practitioner can either appear wherever attention is being focused, or drift away from where attention is being focused (when moving away, the practitioner has little to no control over where they end up, although they won't be dropped off a cliff). Puissance affects the Practitioner's ability to move through magical barriers and interference. Access affects how quickly the Practitioner can use this spell, and how many times they can use it before being left physically weak. Longevity decides how far a distance the practitioner can traverse using this spell.
