To Niantic Customer Support;

I am writing today because I bought the 5,200 Poke' Coin package on Saturday, (DATE) before community day, I used these coins to buy a couple of the Ultra Boxes. I've been raiding in heavy rain for mewtwos. I only mention this because I'm a heavy grinder. I play Poke' Mon Go most days and this is not the first time I have purchased coins.

anyways, my complaint is about getting randomly booted from raids, usually just before the end of the raid. I don't have the issue often. but I do have it. and I have seen others who have it. I raided at 5 gyms today, (DATE). and I had this issue at two of them. the first was at gym "jumpworld". I got booted at GO and did manage to get back into the raid. the second time was at "bane park". at bane it happened to another person at the same time as I got booted. Several people backed out so we could raid again. and then yet again I got booted just before the end of the raid.

I'm mainly writing out of frustration because raid passes usually cost a lot and having it happen 3 times in a row is really irritating. what I really would like is if you could troubleshoot the issue that's causing the kick outs, but I know that's easier said than done. (I'm assuming it's on the server end, most of the time raids go flawlessly). also a replacement for the raid pass spent at "bane park" would be appreciated.
