If possible please move any follower/sub/host popups so that they don't cover the game screen.  This is to prevent people from registering fake names and trolling the restream.
If you'd like to let us use your game audio on the restream please make sure you have your microphone muted, Discord notifications muted (Settings->'Streamer Mode'), and follower/sub/host sound effects disabled (test it to make sure!).  This is optional but the viewers do appreciate being able to hear the audio of at least one of the players.
After the race is over, you are welcome to join the commentators for a post-race interview.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR MIC VOLUME IN THE WINDOWS CONTROL PANEL:
Right click on the Speaker icon in your windows systray (in the corner, near the clock).
Choose "Recording Devices".  (or if that's not there choose "Sounds" and then click on the "Recording" tab).
Select your microphone and click "Properties" button.
Go to the "Levels" tab.
Adjust the volume.
(Various programs and windows itself will mess with this volume setting over time.  So check this setting often and make sure to keep changing it back to what you want it to be.)


If that doesn't work, make sure your volume in Discord is set to 100%:
Go into Discord settings (the gear icon) -> "Voice & Video" -> "Input Device"
Change the "Input Volume" slider to 100%.

You should also check that Discord is actually using the correct device.  Sometimes it will auto-detect the wrong device such as a webcam instead of your mic.
Go to Discord settings (the gear icon) -> "Voice & Video" -> "Input Device"
Make sure "Input Volume" isn't extremely low.  We recommend having it at 100%.
Make sure "Input Device" is set to the right device.
If "Default" isn't working, try setting it to the specific device you're using.

Commentary stream won't load?  No Compatible Source

If you can't get the commentary stream to work ("No compatible source found", or an "X") it usually means your browser's security settings are blocking the speedgaming.org site or that Flash is disabled.

IF YOU'RE USING CHROME:      (For Safari/MacOS see below)
In Chrome go to "Settings" from the menu.
Click "Advanced" at the bottom of the page to show all settings.
Under the "Privacy and security" section click "Content settings".
Click "Flash".
Click the "ADD" button next to "Allow".
Enter this:   speedgaming.org
Click the "Add" button to exit the dialog box.
Close the settings tab and refresh the commentary page.  It may take up to 5 seconds to appear.


IF IT DOESN'T WORK:
You can try another browser such as Firefox, IE, or Edge.
If none of those work, try updating to the newest Flash Player: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
(Uncheck the boxes for Optional Offers)
Also check that the Flash plugin has not been disabled in your browser settings.

If you still can't get it to work contact the person setting up the restream for assistance.  Don't watch the players' individual twitch streams (multitwitch/kadgar/etc), because your commentary will be 20+ seconds ahead of the gameplay and the audience won't be happy.  If you're watching the SpeedGaming restream via twitch, you will be 10 seconds behind.  That's not quite as bad since you won't spoil the action, but it is strongly preferred that you get the RTMP stream to work.
