Corv wins.

I think Guys team winning is not impossible but ultimately a lot less likely than Corv's. Guys win condition to me sounds like Ratt/Rat King/The 10K rats all need to find a perfect sniping spot where Kraven and Guts can reach them, with a nearby enclosed area where they can restrain Guts movements while also allowing Rat King to be acrobatic, avoiding almost all attacks while wearing down Guts/Kraven over time.

As much as I can tell, Corv's team is faster + more lethal + more durable than Guys, and so they mostly just need to generate a direct fight like one time. This feels fairly likely to happen at some point in the fight, particularly with Corv having several additional advantages (protected travel speed, their own somewhat relevant animals) to help. There definitely were sections where I sided more with Guy than Corv, such as Rats vs. other animals in an urban environment like this or the Berserker Armor pain sense argument, but I think Corv was ultimately right about things that mattered more.

Corv's team is physically superior and has the appropriate secondary capabilities to get into a situation where they can use them, so they win.
