Me and Nova have put a LOT of efforts into that guild (just looking at the website says enough), done quite a bit of research for people, developped my own raid analysis tool, etc. But in the last months it seems that despite all our efforst (we tried
everything) we hit a stall. So I'm looking with a new home with those expectations: A) Enjoys the game. B) Actually tries to improve. (without having to compromise IRL stuff) C) Do their best despite their own skill level. D) Have enough people to do
Mythic. E) Are not pure jerks or don't bellitle others(to an extent). That pretty much sums up my expectations.

well you're welcome to come with us for a raid or two next week to give it a go, I'm not a nazi when it comes to most shit, but I will get pissed off when people repeatedly make stupid mistakes
we've already cleared heroic this week
it's much more laid back then the way group 1 handles shit
