It has come to my attention that I appealed our suspension on 8-10-2018 incorrectly. Although we were already denied, I wanted to submit this so all staff would have the opportunity to look at what happened so we can have clear raid rules in the future.

First I'd like to establish how long it takes to pull Terror from his tower to our camp.

With our fraps, Mani's logs, or server logs it's easy to establish a timeline. It takes 45 seconds from FTE to Luddo's tag off of the train. Luddo then takes Terror into camp at 70 seconds where he remains until he is killed.

The pull takes 1 minute in ideal conditions. In the video provided we have Terror in camp (with Luddo, Cekk, and Aballister) at 70 seconds and Samila joins the fight at 75 seconds, which is still less than the DA limit and Terror's health starts to rapidly drop.

This part is especially strange, because it's just not true. There were not any "other 3 guilds" in the zone at the time of the pull. When we started the pull, we were the only ones in zone outside of a Tempest monk FDed at the zone in portal. There were never three other guilds contesting Terror. It was a direct pull, a direct tag, and a quick kill. The only thing that we see that remotely resembles one other guild contesting are some tempest people in there at the 1:04 mark when Terror was already in camp and we were killing it. Why would this statement be included in our suspension when it is demonstrably untrue?

We have more logs outside, video outside, and video inside, but I think I've shown that the claim that 3 guilds were contesting is untrue.

As proven in the video above, it took 13 seconds from the FTE to be in zone and 45 seconds for him to tag, and 25 more to get it established in camp. It also shows that it was a direct pull.

The video above proves that the time between the tag and the kill force is much less than 63 seconds. The tag is also a part of the pull.

We did kill it. From FTE to death it took our guild 5 minutes and 18 seconds. Yes, we brought a very small crew and burned consumables, but it was clearly enough as we were able to kill Terror.

We pulled directly to camp, didn't DA to stall, and killed Terror.

I'm sorry I didn't post this here earlier, as I told Sirken I've been a bit busy with my wedding and I'm pretty new to this guild leader business. I understand that you're all very busy and work hard for this server so I'd like to thank you for spending so much time reading my petitions.

I'd like to know where in the timeline provided we broke a rule, and which rule it was. Hopefully with this information we can avoid further suspensions in the future.
