Alexithymiaa: -Brad sat on the couch in the common area, his notebook flipped open in his lap with a pen situated in his hand. The top of his paper was labeled "Interview Questions" and he had a number one on the far left side, but nothing was actually written on his list yet. He stared down at the mostly blank notebook before sighing, his eyes bouncing back up to watch tv because he was just more invested in Robot Chicken than he was the interviews he set up for tomorrow.-
Covet: Kelsey came back out of the bathroom and made her way back into the common area, intending to stretch a bit after her training session this evening, everything feeling a little sore from what all they'd been doing. She bent over at the waist, sticking her butt up and out as she reached down to her toes. "What are you doing? Watching TV or?" She asked him
Alexithymiaa: -He glanced up at Kelsey when she joined him, giving a half hearted shrug. "Oh uh... sort of. I don't know. I have no idea what Im doing." He said as he threw his head back to rest on the cushion behind him.-
Covet: "Well it looks like you're trying to do something." She said standing back up, and lean back into a back bend, pushing up "Oh goodness, I might be too sore for this."
Alexithymiaa: "I was brainstorming questions to ask during my interviews tomorrow, but I've never done this before and I have no idea what to ask these people." He kept his eyes on her as she did her bendy thing. "Need help?"-
Covet: "Maybe to get back out of this without falling, yeah." She told him with a laugh, "Oh? What do you have so far?"
Alexithymiaa: -He set his notebook down next to him on the couch, climbing to his feet and moving his hands to her back to support her weight so he could pull her up. "I have nothing so far...."-
Covet: Kelsey let him help her up and gave him a kiss when she was standing again, " I need a hot tub.. or a massage, or both." She said with a light whine, "Hmm, well. what are some of the things that you wish you didn't have to do that someone else could possibly do?"
Alexithymiaa: -He smirked and returned her kiss, swinging his arm around her shoulders. "We dont have a hot tub, but I can take care of that massage before bed." He couldnt help, but grin. "Check my emails? Field my business calls?"-
Covet: "Ooh, You'd pretty much bet the best boyfriend ever if you did that." Kelsey said with a smile, then nodded her head, "Okay so then wouldn't privacy be something you'd want to ask if they have a problem with?"
Alexithymiaa: "What do you mean, privacy?" He asked, furrowing his brows and moving to drop back down onto the couch.-
Covet: "Like you want to be able to trust someone that's going to be checking your emails and taking your calls. Numbers and emails get leaked all the time. " Kelsey told him. "So question about their integrity is probably a good one to ask. The schedule might require od hours too, so they're going to have be be okay with that."
Alexithymiaa: "Okay, so how do I word thhat?' He asked as he grabbed for hhis notebook and his pen, putting the pen to the paper and then looking up at her to basically feed him the answer.-
Covet: "Just say something like, Are they able to provide a level of integrity to you as an employer. And then add, "Would you do your best to make sure your employer's privacy is protected?"
Alexithymiaa: "Okay, but any moron is just going to say yes. They know the right answer to that question is yes. It has to be like, open ended so they can say things and I can judge their answer."-
Covet: "Then give them a scenario, in which they have to choose the best option?

Covet: "Then give them a scenario in which they have to chose the best option? Just make them relate to those questions." Kelsey told him with a smile.
Alexithymiaa: "Hmm, okay..." He trailed off, scribbling in his notebook in terrible handwriting to jot down a few notes. "What else? I want someone I can leave here when we're traveling and not worry about coming back to a shit show. How do I phrase that?"-
Covet: "Ummm how about, "GIve them something about handling responsibility, and being able to meet the expectations you leave them on?" Kelsey suggeted, questioningly.
Alexithymiaa: OKay...." He trailed off, beginning to write in his notebook again and slowing down about hhalfway through. "Can I ask them to do my laundry? Is that allowed?"-
Covet: "I think that falls under personal assistant, or maid, not work assistant." Kelsey told him. "You'd have to hire someone else for that."
Alexithymiaa: "Can't I just pay them more to be both? Cause I need help with personal stuff too. I dont mind paying more for that." He ran his fingers thhroughh the front of his hair, exhaling deeply. "Interviews shouldnt be this much work."-
Covet: "You'd have to discuss that with them. I'm sure you could find someone that'd be willing to do all of that too." Kelsey said. " Yes they should, you're hiring someone with the expectations that they help you out and keep you from going crazy. That requires some serious thought and input."
Alexithymiaa: "Okay, but the person I'm interviewing is supposed to be the one stressing about thhis, not thhe person doing the interviewing. I win regardless. They're the ones competing for my job offer, right?"-
Covet: "In a sense yes, but you still have responsibilities as an employer too." Kelsey told him.
Alexithymiaa: "See, I wish I had an assistant already to put these questions together for me." He said with a groan, sliding down on the couch to slouch heavily. "Do you think they would know what I was doing if I asked them what kind of questions they think should be asked?"-
Covet: Kelsey thought about it for a moment, " I mean, they might question if they actually want to work with you if you do that, but You might be able to slip it in in a lowkey way?" She said
Alexithymiaa: "Okay, but that's the kind of shit I'd probably be making them do. Things I don't want to do. So I might as well be upfront about it, right?" He smirked, thinking he was sly. No Brad, you're just a lazy asshole.-
Covet: "I can garuntee you if you try that route, you're going to be spending twice as long trying to find someone to work for you. They're not your slave... they won't be doing every little thing. They have their own lives too." Kelsey told him in a serious tone
Alexithymiaa: "But that's what I need help with. I don't have time for things like laundry and chores. I almost forgot to book my flight out this week since there was so much to do. Things like that can't happen."-
Covet: "Then you best explain to the people you are hiring that this is a personal assistant borderline nanny job for you. So that they know what they're getting into." Kelsey told him.
Alexithymiaa: "Nanny job?" He retorted with a frown. "It's not a nanny job. Personal assistant could mean a number of things and I'll go over what I expect during my interviews."-
Covet: "You're right, it's hiring on a surrogate mother." Kelsey said giving him a look, " I think you finding yourself more entitled to a lifestyle that's not quite yours yet. I love you and I know we'll be there someday, but, we're still students living in the dorms. We don't get personal assistants for chores and laundry until we have a house."
Alexithymiaa: "I could have a house..." He grumbled because she was completely right and he didnt want to admit that. "You know, Anna said she was going to hook me up with Nicki Minaj to do her next video. I'm completely there."-
Covet: "That's cool, and I'm excited for you. But you still don't need a laundry assistant, or a chore assistant. You know, if you asked him nicely. Connor would help you. He likes helping." Kelsey told him
Alexithymiaa: "Isnt there a rule about giving kids Tide pods?" He asked with a smirk because he's a fucking smartass.-
Covet: "Not if they have a responsible adult watching them do it." Kelsey told him giving him a shove.
Alexithymiaa: "I wonder where I can find one of those." He said with a snort, leaning to one side when she shoved him. He broke into hysterical laughter, clutching his notebook to his chest.-
Covet: "It's a good thing you're cute." She told him shaking her head. " I need to get to bed. I have to be up for choreography tomorrow."
Alexithymiaa: "Yeah, I've got interviews scheduled all day." He said as he composed himself, pushing up to his feet and turning to look at her. "Can we meet up afterwards and go over all my notes and you can help me decide who to hire?"-
Covet: "Yeah sure thing." She told him getting up off the couch, stretching with a yawn. "I'd love to help you pick out the hot one."
Alexithymiaa: "You know me so well." He cracked up, leaning over to give her a kiss goodnight. "I'll text you when Im done tomorrow."-
