We appreciate your patience as we investigated and reviewed your request regarding the Ragnarope account. Unfortunately, we will not be able to re-open the Ragnarope account. Your son's ForeverDev account has participated in deals involving real world money for items and accounts as well as accessing and selling accounts and items that did not belong to him. These actions are against the ROBLOX Rules of Conduct. Participating in such actions can result in the account being moderated and subsequently deleted.

In these messages, your son solicits bids on an account on which he is not the original owner and the account was improperly accessed by a user with which he shared the Ragnarope account.

This is another message in which your son solicited other users. "Poodles" and "raccoon" were used as word replacements in which to circumvent our filtering and moderation systems.
