[23:16] * Altea barges into the common room. "REIKO!"
[23:18] <@Ikiryo> Reiko jumps...and seems vaguely disapointed she didn't have anything to fall off this time. She was sitting on the floor, tracing runes on a piece of black rock in front of her. The rock is smoking a bit.
[23:19] <Altea> "Hey, you busy?"
[23:21] <@Ikiryo> "Huh? Umm...no? I guess?" She's not looking at the rock, so she's not noticing the rune starting to sink through it like acid...
[23:21] <Altea> "Well, thanks to your help I got an 81 on my test!"
[23:22] * Altea is probably way too excited for a barely average grade.
[23:22] <@Ikiryo> "Really? An eighty one? That's pretty good."
[23:22] <Altea> "Yep! That's more than twice my last grade on that class's tests."
[23:23] <Altea> "Anyway, I want to celebrate, and since you helped me out, want to go with me?"
[23:27] <@Ikiryo> She pauses. "W-What?" She stares at Altea.
[23:27] <Altea> "Yeah, let's go get some food."
[23:28] <@Ikiryo> "Oh...right, right." The rune has carved through the black rock and is now eating it's way through the floor...
[23:28] <Altea> "So what's with the rock?"
[23:29] <@Ikiryo> "The rock...oh crud..." She quickly wipes the rune away before it can finish eating through the floor. "I was practicing my magic."
[23:33] <Altea> "Oh neat! How does that work?"
[23:34] <@Ikiryo> "It calls upon an elder being who's nature is inimical to reality's fabric..." She pauses "It's like magic acid."
[23:35] <Altea> "Neat. Anyway, want to go anywhere specific? Or should we figure it out on the bus to the city."
[23:36] <@Ikiryo> She blushes "Wherever you want is good..."
[23:38] <Altea> "Okay, we'll figure it out on the way then! Probably shouldn't go to work though, we'll look at it on the way."
[23:49] <@Ikiryo> The resteraunt is...rather fancy. Candlelit and giving the illusion of evening, which is impressive when it's barely after lunch. Someone is clever with light magic. A waiter comes to seat the pair, who look a bit underdressed for it...
[23:50] <Altea> "I hope this place doesn't have a dress code. It didn't look like it had one when I looked it up."
[23:50] <@Ikiryo> Reiko holds onto Altea's arm as they are led towards a table. "It should be alright..."
[23:52] <Altea> "Hope so!"
[23:54] <@Ikiryo> They are quickly seated and menu's brought out. Physical ones, not AR displays.
[23:54] * Altea looks through the menu to see what's there
[23:58] <@Ikiryo> It all looks fancy and in small quantities.
[23:58] <@Ikiryo> The pasta looks nice though and actually shows a full plate.
[23:59] * Altea orders that
[23:59] <Altea> "So you've completely transfered over to Cerberus now?"
[00:01] <@Ikiryo> She nods "I have, yes. There were...good reasons...for it. That and well...I decided I needed to focus more on my magic, not just my music."
[00:01] <Altea> "Well, it's good to have you over here. Have you messed with sun-dude ever since we got back? Or holding off on that til you get more practice."
[00:03] <@Ikiryo> She shakes her head. "I've been keeping him bound to the ring...rather than a body."
[00:03] * Altea nods.
[00:07] <@Ikiryo> "I'm not going to let him hurt people again like that..." She sighs.
[00:08] <Altea> "Well, I know you'll be able to control him soon."
[00:09] <@Ikiryo> She shrugs "Maybe...maybe not. Either way, I'm not letting him have a body again."
[00:10] * Altea nods. "Makes sense. Adjusting to classes fine?"
[00:12] <@Ikiryo> She nods "Yeah...they are mostly the same. Just less music and more combat magic. Did you know there is a competition for that coming up?"
[00:12] <Altea> "I think so. I might be in that contest."
[00:13] <@Ikiryo> "Oh, that's nice. I don't think I'll be entering myself..."
[00:25] <Altea> "But yeah, thanks again for the help with that test. I don't think I've ever done that well on non P.E. tests."
[00:25] <@Ikiryo> She smiles and blushes slightly. "It's not a problem...I was happy to help."
[00:37] <Altea> "Well, thanks anyway."
[00:38] <@Ikiryo> "You don't need to thank me...I had fun." And nearly an aneurysm.
[00:40] <Altea> "So what are you going to order?"
[00:40] <@Ikiryo> "Oh...umm...the pasta too I guess?"
[00:41] <Altea> "Alright. Let's see what's on the drink menu..."
[00:41] * Altea flips the drink menu open.
[00:43] <@Ikiryo> There is a lot of options. Everything from sodas to alcoholic drinks.
[00:43] <Altea> "Hmm, want some wine? I think there was some from my planet in here."
[00:44] <@Ikiryo> "That sounds good. It's not too strong is it?"
[00:46] <Altea> "I don't think so, no."
[00:48] <@Ikiryo> She orders the same and before long, the alcohol and food is brought out to them.
[00:49] * Altea digs into her steak and pasta.
[00:52] <@Ikiryo> Reiko takes a sip of her own wine and digs into her food. Before long, she's a bit red-faced but smiling.
[00:52] * Altea is also drinking her wine, not really feeling any ill effects from the alcohol.
[00:56] <@Ikiryo> After an hour or so, they have finished and paid and have just left the resteraunt. It's late afternoon and Reiko is holding onto Altea's arm, rather red-faced.
[00:56] * Altea is mostly fine, but having the occasional trouble with cracked sidewalks or unexpected trees in her path.
[00:57] <@Ikiryo> Reiko giggles. "Thanks Altea...this was fun..."
[00:58] <Altea> "It was fun. I'm glad we got out here to do this thing."
[01:00] <@Ikiryo> 'I like doing things with you..." She giggles again. "I want to do more things with you..."
[01:01] <Altea> "Alright, no problem. It's pretty fun." She grins.
[01:02] <@Ikiryo> She hugs Altea tight. "It is...and you are such a good person..."
[01:02] <Altea> "Nah, I could be better. But it's nice to hear that from you. You're pretty good too. I know you're gonna be real good at your family magic stuff."
[01:03] <@Ikiryo> "You think so?" She smiles widely...if a bit off center...at Altea.
[01:04] <Altea> "Yeah. You're smart and you're determined. Nothing's gonna be able to stop you from achieving what you want."
[01:05] <@Ikiryo> "What I want...yeah..." She giggles, looking up at Altea.
[01:07] * Altea keeps walking.
[01:07] <@Ikiryo> She stands on her toes and tries to give Altea a kiss.
[01:08] * Altea lets it happen. In her culture it's a sign of friendship.
[01:08] * Altea also kisses her on the cheek in return, as is traditional.
[01:09] <@Ikiryo> She pouts a bit. That didn't go as planned...
[01:09] * Altea doesn't notice the pouting.
[01:10] <@Ikiryo> She jumps up again to try and kiss Altea on the lips.
[01:10] * Altea giggles. "What are you doing?"
[01:11] <@Ikiryo> "Kissing you..."
[01:12] <Altea> "Yeah, you did that." She smiles. "Are you drunk?"
[01:13] <@Ikiryo> "Nyope." She shakes her head. "I'm kissing you because I like you...and that's what people do when they like each other."
[01:13] <Altea> "Aw, you're nice. I think you're a liiiiiiitle drunk though." She sways a bit on the 'little'.
[01:13] <Altea> "C'mon, we should get back to Cerberus." She picks Reiko up off the ground.
[01:14] <@Ikiryo> She flails but ends up putting her arms around Altea's neck.
[01:14] * Altea carries her on her back to the bus stop.
[01:16] <@Ikiryo> She pouts and tries to kiss Altea again. "That and it's fun~"
[01:17] * Altea doesn't try to stop her, but given her position she probably won't be able to get to the front of Altea's face.
[01:18] <@Ikiryo> She ends up kissing Altea's cheeks and ears in her attempts. "We should kiss more often." She giggles.
[01:18] * Altea shrugs. "Alright."
[01:18] * Altea isn't really thinking about what she's saying.
[01:19] <@Ikiryo> The bus soon arrives...
[01:19] * Altea carries her onto the bus.
[01:20] <@Ikiryo> She hugs onto Altea all the way back to the academy...
