Provide a detailed character backstory

Aaron Hills, was a man of decency. Originated in Canadia, also formerly known as a Colonel for The Canadian Military.
He was involved in major wounds from past experiences, he enjoys bossing around people in his old days.

He was aged 23 and had a upper class life with currency, he is a son of a rich CEO and wanted to become a police officer his whole life.

Looks can be deceiving when it comes Aaron Hills, but the two traits most people enjoy the most are that he's tolerant and open. Of course he's also considerate, realistic and relaxed, but these are in a way balance by being scornful as well.
His tolerance though, this is what he's pretty much known for. Friends frequently count on this and his ambitions whenever they need help.

Nobody's perfect of course and Arthur has plenty of less favorable characteristics too. His provocative nature and instability aren't exactly fun to deal with, much to the annoyance of others.
Fortunately his openness helps lighten the blows and moods when needed.

How long have you roleplayed in general?
In general, I have roleplayed for a while about somewhat 5+ Years of Packed Experience.
RP Is one of my favorite things to do when I am bored.

Do you have any experiences to share? Give a detailed backstory of your roleplay experience: From my last experience, I remember a bunch of minges. Wasn't worth it back then, Its more stable now.

UNION.516 says: <:: Citizen, halt. ::>
** Lee Andrew Starts Fast-walking away from the CP.
** UNION.517 Takes out his firearm, pointing it at the citizen
** Lee Andrew Stops, In fear of getting shot.
UNION.517 radios in: <:: Possible 10-107. ::>
** Radio Response: <:: Amputate. ::>
** UNION.517 Fires shots into the person, making sure he is down.
** Lee Andrews gets shot, screaming in absolute pain he was in.

**UNION.51734 unclips his holster and draws his USP Match, pressing himself on the other side of the doorway with HELIX.845.  UNION.517 says, "Three. Two. One. Inject!" **UNION.517 trains their USP on the door lock, firing a single round which splinters wood across the hallway, the door swinging open. ***As soon as HELIX.845 takes a step into the doorway, a cornered anti-citizen hiding behind  an overturned dresser trains an MP7 on the unit, firing a spray of bullets through the doorway.  **HELIX.845 screams out in pain as two rounds tear through their leg and shoulder, knocking them onto their back.  UNION.517, "10-99! Officer down!" **JURY.792 rushes down the hall, being stopped by UNION.517. UNION.517 remarks, "Move 845 to safety," as he unclips a standard frag grenade from his belt.  **JURY.792 responds with "Copy", as they grab 845's arms, pulling them away from the door.  UNION.517 mutters, "Let's see you hit this, AC."  **UNION.517 pulls the pin and flicks off the safety lever before tossing the grenade into the room, shouting "Bouncer!"  ***All that is heard from the room is the terrified screaming of a man before an explosion shakes the abandoned apartment complex.  **UNION.517 casts a quick glance into the room, the remains of the AC now splattered against the walls. UNION.517 clicks on his radio, "AC is down. Tally one. Sector is GREEN; Secure."
