The Wen family has always been about education. They wanted their kids to be extremely smart and active. His sister took part in a lot of clubs while he took part in sports.

Yihan used to go to a private school for the smartest kids. He had a lot friends though because a lot of people liked him. He talked a lot which made him have a lot of friends. That was the only thing that would make him happy, talking and hanging out to his friends.

Since Yihan took a lot of extracurricular activities like dance and gymnastics. He started taking gymnastics and dance at 6 years old. He sucked at gymnastics. At his dance studio, he took ballet mainly because his mother wanted Yihan to become a multi-talented boy. Yihan enjoyed ballet but his mother kept pushing it and making him stress about it.

After taking dance for 6 years, he finally decided to stop and start taking vocal lessons. It took Yihan a while for her mother to let her because Yihan's mother's main focus was dancing, not singing but after a lot of nagging from Yihan, his mother finally gave in.

He took vocal lessons for six years to enhance his voice and make it sound better. After he started to love singing as much as he loves pumpkin spice lattes, Yihan decided that he wanted to become a trainee. There was even more nagging for his mother to become a trainee. It took a while but she accepted it since she wanted her son to be happy.

Yihan is literally always screaming/yelling because he always gets excited over things. Though, anything can switch his mood in one second. All the members piss him off easily which causes him to beat them with anything near them.

Usually after threatening the members, he will go back to watching the current anime he is obsessed with. Yihan also might be the most craziest member of the group. For example, if a member sniffles for some reason, he'll get so pissed and start throwing his shoes at them if they keep sniffling. According to the other members, he has a wide range of personalities which cause him to be like this.

At night, Yihan is a totally different person because of how hyper he gets (which sometimes causes bruises to the members). It has been stated that Yihan is the most likely one to throw a party at a dorm by himself because of how crazy he is.
