How to find Gen 3 manips in Bizhawk

1. Load desired ROM into Bizhawk
2. Load + activate MKDasher's Lua script (Tools --> Lua Console)

When searching for manips, pause using the frame advance hotkey (mine is F). Then continue advancing frames with that hotkey as desired. If you want to press a button on a certain frame, press the button while the game is paused, then frame advance with the button still held.

For catch manips, see the table with the red dots in the "RNG" panel in the bottom-left. The successful frames are in red, going from left to right and then up and down like so:

The catch RNG is initiated 147 frames after your A input to throw a Great Ball.
