- 1. Load desired ROM into Bizhawk
- 2. Load + activate MKDasher's Lua script (Tools --> Lua Console)
- When searching for manips, pause using the frame advance hotkey (mine is F). Then continue advancing frames with that hotkey as desired. If you want to press a button on a certain frame, press the button while the game is paused, then frame advance with the button still held.
- For catch manips, see the table with the red dots in the "RNG" panel in the bottom-left. The successful frames are in red, going from left to right and then up and down like so:
- 123
- 456
- 789
- The catch RNG is initiated 147 frames after your A input to throw a Great Ball.
