Debug room:
- Sabitsukis with effects equipped used to teleport you to places where effects are found, but are not there anymore.
- There is only one Oreko now, she teleports to the path leading to Submarine Village.
- There is only one Cleaner now, she teleports to the Town.
- Smile, Demon Sabi and Flower girl are removed.
- There is a Rust, she teleports to the new Hell Arm map.

Hospital operation room:
- No Black Hood body
- NPCs that look like humans and are clad in black. Couple are corpses, couple are not.
- The living can be killed with the Iron Pipe and can give money, they get still when this effect is equipped, but do not react to the Whistle or the Handgun.

Snow World:
- Removed chimney in front of the entrance tunnel.
- Entrance leads to map 287, "Tentacle passage" (触手通路).

Tentacle passage:
- Lots of holes, two have red tentacles come out of it. Just a graphic.
- When player gets past a certain point, and IF they have the random event variable (0034) at 20 or above, but below 60, switch 387, "Underground stairs electriciry OFF" (地下階段電気OFF) activates, and what I think is lights goes out. Screen also flashes and gets darker.
- Passage leads to map 286, "Disposal" (処理).

Disposal:
- That map lol shown a teaser of before. The Photoshop screenshot one.
- The player appears in the passage on the west, below that circle room on teaser.
- There are more black clothed humans here, they act the same as in Hospital. There is one corpse, and it does revert to its living form when Iron Pipe is equipped!
- In the circle room there is a Cleaner and three black clothed humans, one of them has a hairstyle that looks like Smile's, AND IS CALLED "smile"!!! None of the four can be interacted with, and they do not react to anything.
- Now that I think of it, those black clothes might be a gakuran school uniform thing.
- An event is triggered when the player approaches those four. The way into the room is blocked by a bathtub. But when Sabitsuki fires a warning shot from her Handgun in front of it, Smile turns to look at her over his shoulder. Switch 0390, "Smile notice" (笑顔 気づき) turns on, and interacting (with the bathtub) shows a closeup of Smile's face (without tattoos) (he's hot though). Then he turns back and the switch is turned off. You can repeat this infinitely.
- I just noticed, there are bathtubs filled with gore, but those are just graphics.
- There's a spot with paper boat, but it seems to be unreachable.
- Western entrance leads back to Tentacle passage. Eastern leads to map 288, "Black Hood" (黒フード). Southern leads to map 289, "Ladder" (梯子).

Black Hood:
- That room from teaser, with bathtub and TV set.
- Screen gets darker and flashes randomly.
- OH GOD THAT THING IN THE BATHTUB IS MOVING AND MAKING KNOCKING NOISES.
- The body in Black Hood lies here, that's where you get the effect now.

Ladder:
- There's a ladder.
- Going through the northern entrance leads back to Disposal. Touching ladder leads to map 290, "Deterioration" (退廃).

Deterioration:
- Seems to be a rooftop or something. There are smoking chimneys and lampposts here, and building roofs in the background.
- Ladder leads back to Ladder. Entrance on the east leads to map 291, "Deteriorated Apartments" (退廃アパート).

Deteriorated Apartments:
- Reminds of Apartments, but blue.
- Small room, leads to map 292, "Deteriorated Hallway" (退廃廊下).

Deteriorated Hallway:
- Reminds of Apartments, but blue.
- There's that unreachable on other maps girl in yellow dress. She just sits on the ground and smokes. There are some switches that seem to control her smoking animation? She can be killed with Iron Pipe and can give money, but does not react to anything else.
- There are four doors.

First door to the left:
- A blue barrier prevents you from going further.
- There is a giant broken vase with white flowers inside, red liquid spills out of it. There's a beaten red mess from Town event, and a hospital bed with IV drip in the corner.
- Everything except for mess seems to be tinted blue. Everything except for mess is still.

Second door:
- A blue barrier prevents you from going further.
- There is a little Sabitsuki and a table with chairs from sugar float days event. Leftmost (where Sabitsuki sat in that event) chair is empty, rightmost has that girl in yellow dress on it. The liquid from the leftmost cup seems to be spilled over (it is not like that in sugar float days). Everything is tinted blue, and everything is still.
- Little Sabi stands in the same spot as red mess in previous room. Most likely a coincidence, but maybe should be noted.

Third door:
- A blue barrier prevents you from going further.
- There is Sabitsuki sitting on the ground holding an Iron Pipe, and a bed in the corner. She is surrounded by bottles, spilled liquid, candles. There is something I can identify only as scissors and paper scraps in front of Sabitsuki, and something like a cabinet on the wall. Everything is tinted blue, and everything is still.

Fourth door:
- There is a map for this room, but when the player uses a door, it shows black screen, plays some noise, and pressing the interact button causes Sabitsuki to go back.
- I'll get back to this entry when I figure out how to get here.

Taking a break to process this now.
What's left to find:
- The Hell map with AruMa KeteRa girl's giant hand. It is there, idk how to reach it though. You can be teleported there from debug room, that's obviously not what you're supposed to do.
- Entrance to Fourth room.
