  2. - All explosives and the laser gun alt-fire (player and enemy) now create shaker events! (on the current modified materials)
  3. - All explosives (player AND enemy) can now create decals. (on the current modified materials)
  4. - Fixed certain explosive weapons not leaving explosive decals behind. (on the current modified materials)

  38. (This is listed as buggy as sometimes the game refuses to play the particle/sound effects that I've set for the materials to play. I have a feeling it's either due to the way water entities are set-up on certain maps, or I'm simply missing something. Currently looking for a fix!)
