Gloria's Back Ewww

Covet: Felix was up in his room, putting clothes away in his dresser,  He'd spent the last half of the week at Steph's place looking after her animals, so was happy to bring home laundy, that wasn't covered in animal hair for a little bit. His mind seemed to be everywhere, especially after the conversation he and Steph had. He stopped what he was doing and looked around, "I need chocolate milk...."
Tsaaq: Hayley sat in the yard with Lady who had ran over with her tennis ball in her mouth before dropping it in front of Hayley. She sighed a little and smiled as she stood, picking up the ball and throwing it across the yard so Lady would run after it
Alexithymiaa: -Adam pulled up outside the house in a cab, reaching beside him to grab his bag and climbing out of the cab that had taken him from the airport back home. Passing over a few bills to the cab driver, he turned and started up the driveway toward the house. Seeing Hayley and Lady out front, he dragged himself over toward them, letting his bag fall to the ground without a care because he was fucking tired, he let his body follow to drop down into the grass beside her. "Miss me?" // Steph pulled her car up in front of the house behind the cab, pulling up as the yellow car eased away from the curb. She was entirely flustered after arguing with Bryan for the last four hours as she tried to unpack and get herself settled. Glancing at her reflection in the rearview mirror, she ran her fingers underneath her eyes to try to clean the smeared make up from her face before pushing out of the car, turning to walk up to the front door. Lifting her hand to knock, she stopped herself, turning away from the door and freezing before turning back and forcing herself to knock. She glanced to Hayley and Adam in the yard, not wanting to say anything because her mind was just significantly elsewhere.-
Covet: Felix made his way downstairs and went to the kitchen to get himself a glass and pour some chocolate milk into it, getting a straw to sip from it, and bloe bubbles because he's forever a child. He sucked down half of the glass pretty quick and refilled it before putting the milk away again. He heard a bunch of vehicular noises outside and made his way over to the door to see who had shown up.
Tsaaq: She turned her head seeing Adam come out of the cab. She gasped as she went to fling her arms around him when he came over and Lady came running over to love attack him as well. "Oh my fucking god yes. You're finally home."
Alexithymiaa: -Adam gave a weak laugh when she attacked him with hugs, giving her a gentle pat because he was tired and he just didn't have it in him. "Yeah, we finally got my mom settled into the house and all set up with everything taken care of. There wasnt much more I could do unless I stayed until she's all healed up and I couldn't do that." He let out a deep sigh and brought his hand up over his hair, moving his free hand to scratch Lady's head. // Steph chewed on her lower lip as she debated slipping away while Hayley and Adam were distracted, quickly turning away from the front door of the house and starting down the steps, chickening out of what she'd wanted to talk to Felix about.-
Covet: Seeing Steph's vehicle outside the went to the door and opened it up, seeing her walking back down the stairs, "Hey Red, where are you going?" he asked leaning against the frame, giving a wave to Adam who apparently had gotten home today as well.
Tsaaq: "So everything is okay?" She let out a sigh of relief as she leaned on him. "I'm so glad that it is. Cause the last thing we need is tragedy." She looked over to Steph once the front door opened. Then looked over to Felix. "Oh hey guys." She greeted.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam nodded his head, slipping his arm around Hayley's back. "Well she's banged up pretty bad. She's got a broken leg and a couple of fractured ribs. Getting around really isn't a thing for her right now so Gabe and I helped make the house a little more accessible for her. And he's taking off of work to help maintain the property with her off her feet. But I promised to send as much money as I could since Gabe wouldn't be working for the time being." Hearing the sounds behind him, he twisted to look over at Felix and Steph, sending them a wave. // Hearing the front door open and Felix's voice, Steph stopped dead in her tracks, slowly spinning around like a deer in headlights, her words awkwardly stumbling out of her mouth. "I was.... going to the car. For my phone. Which I thought I left in my car." She started to pat her shorts down, feeling her phone in her pocket and forcing a painful smile. "Which I don't have to do because apparently I have my phone. Hah..." She trailed off and turned to Hayley, sending her a nod. "Hey."-
Covet: "Welcome home, man. Hayley's taken pretty good care of your pup while you were gone." He said with a smile to both Hayley and Adam, then listened to Steph, "Well isn't that fortunate for you. I thought you might want to spend the night at home after being on tour for the week, but I'm pleasantly surprised to have you here."
Tsaaq: She shrugged. "It's not like it was a hassle to take care of Lady." She said casually. She looked over to Adam and bit her lip a moment. "Sounds like you probably should've stayed longer." Hayley whispered before lowering her head. "Your family needs a lot of help."
Alexithymiaa: -Adam chuckled at Felix's comment, looking to Lady again. "I knew she would." He scratched his fingers behind the dog's ear, giving a little shrug. "I couldn't. I needed to come back here. Gabe is going to take care of her and the house for now. We're all going to do the best we can for her." // Steph bit down on the tip of her tongue, cursing herself. "Yeah well... Bryan is at home so..." She took a deep breath, toying uncomfortably with the skin around her neck where her necklace would have been. "I guess... I should come in..." She took a few steps forward, hesitantly starting up the porch stairs again.-
Covet: "Oh, gotcha. That explain the way your eyes look too right now?" He asked her then opened up the door for her, as he blew bubbles into his cup. "Want to go upstairs?" He asked her, heading that direction but waiting for her before he started up them.
Tsaaq: "Alright." Hayley sighed as she nodded her head. "You want to start unpack and maybe have a nice shower?" She suggested as she went over to his dufflebag.
Alexithymiaa: -He leaned back in the grass and draped his forearms over his face, shielding his eyes. "Not really. I'm so tired I don't even want to think about having to unpack. Or do anything, really." Another yellow cab pulled up in front of the house, a figure seated in the backseat seemingly leaned all the way forward conversing with the cab driver. // Steph turned to glance over at Adam and Hayley again before nodding slowly, stepping into the house. She shut the door behind her and turned to follow him to the stairs, keeping her voice low as she climbed to the second floor. "I did want to spend the night home with all the animals, but Bryan is making that really difficult right now. We've been arguing for hours."-
Covet: "What happened?" Felix asked her as he put his hand on the small of her back and guided her up the stairs, heading towards his room. "Want as sip of choclate bubble milk?" He asked as if that was some how going to make everything better.
Tsaaq: "Then we'll go upstairs and lay down or something." Hayley said as she went to move his arm from his eyes. She looked over to another cab arriving. "Hey... Who's that?" Hayley asked with her eyebrows furrowed.
Alexithymiaa: -He let his arms fall away from his face, lifting his torso slightly so he could look over at the cab that had just pulled up, trying to figure out who was inside, but it was dark. "I dont know. Maybe Jade? She usually takes cabs home when she's out." // The figure finally pushed the door of the cab open and climbed out, stretching a lanky leg out in kitten heels and unfolding herself from the car. Gloria ran her hands back through her bleached straw hair, adjusting the tube top she was wearing and immediately seeing Adam and Hayley in the grass and waving to them. "Hellooo!" // She reached the top of the stairs and looked at the glass in his hand because what the fuck is chocolate bubble milk. Realizing it was just chocolate milk he blew bubbles in, she shook her head, her lips curling into a small smile. "No, thank you. Enjoy your chocolate bubble milk." She headed into his room and took a seat down on the bed, dropping her hands into her lap. "He's just being an overbearing dick, as usual. Treating me like a child and telling me how irresponsible it was to just take off and go on tour for a week given my current situation. How stupid I am to be off gallavanting around the country with people who have no idea about my situation, like I can't take care of myself. He doesnt realize he's doing more harm than good by treating me like the baby sister he apparently still thinks I am."-
Covet: "Okay, thought I'd offer before I suck the rest of this down." He said closing the door behind them as he sat down on the bed next to her. "You know he's never going to not be like that right? And that he doesn't do it because he doesn't want you to do these things, but that because he wants you to be smart about it. He'll warm up to it, so long as you're remembering to stay on track with everything else." Felix told her trying to comfort her some.
Tsaaq: Hayley's face went blank as she sat up on the grass and seeing Gloria from afar. She chewed the inside of her cheek and began to feel around in her pocket for her cellphone.
Alexithymiaa: -Once Adam saw that the figure climbing out of the cab was in fact not their roommate, but Gloria instead, he let out an audible groan, flopping back into the grass and covering his eyes with his arm again. "Why is she here?" He asked no one inparticular because he wasn't really expecting an answer at all. "I don't have the energy for this..." // Gloria walked herself up the driveway and turned onto the grass, struggling to keep herself upright in her heels as she sauntered over to them. "My baby! How are you? Ive missed you so much! You need to fill me in on everything I've missed since the last time I saw you." She spoke in such a fake enthusiastic tone, really laying it on thick. // "Well that's just it..." She started, dropping her eyes down away from his face because she felt guilty as fuck. "Him doing that, makes it really difficult. And I didn't start my day off very well, so I was intending to eat when I got home. And then the second I walked in he just started berating and belittling me and he just wouldn't quit." She paused, dropping her head even further to just let it hang. "So I didnt eat today..."-
Covet: Felix set his face and bit the inside of his cheek, then set his milk glass down and got up, taking her hand. "C'mon. I'll tell him to lay off you a bit, if it's impeding your eating habbits, that's kind of counter productive to everything you're working on here. Until then. I'm sure we've got carrots downstairs. That's better than nothing."  he told her.
Tsaaq: "I don't know but I'm calling the police." Hayley whispered to him as she took out her phone. "I can do that for you. Adam was kidnapped, and lost for days and I had to try and find him. Much to my dismay he was in the lots, looking nice a roughed up because of you. So... Did I miss anything?" She asked sarcastically.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam eased up a bit in the grass, moving his hand out to lay it over Hayley';s in an attempt to calm the storm he felt brewing. "Halo it's okay. Hi Gloria. I'm okay. Did you need something?" He asked, trying to just get right down to the point because fucking tired and god dammit this woman always wanted something. // Gloria gasped like she gave a fuck, clasping a hand over her red painted mouth. "Oh my goodness, but you were okay? I'm so sorry baby." She squatted down beside him, putting her hand on his arm. "You know I would never want anything bad to happen to you." She brushed off his question, not wanting to dive right in yet. // -She put her hand in his and stood to her feet, slowly lifting her eyes to look into his face because the guilt. OH THE AGONY. "I'm sorry. Today was just... harder."
Covet: "Don't be sorry. You know you're going to have bad days, but it's okay, you came here, you told me about it and now we're going to fix it." He said with a soft smile as he walked with her back downstairs.
Tsaaq: Hayley inhaled angrily and looked over to him. She sighed and rubbed her thumb over his since she was trying to hide that she was visibly upset. She was just waiting for this bitch to say something wrong. "Ohhh." She feigned after Gloria went into her bullshit artist routine.
Alexithymiaa: "Yeah." He said without any emotion whatsoever, not bothering to look at her and instead just letting out a frustrated sigh. "Why are you here, if you don't mind my asking?" He repeated again. // Gloria pushed up to her feet, smoothing out the plastic leather of her pants. "Can't I just want to come see my baby?" She asked briefly before finally divulging a little. "I could also use a place to crash for a couple of days until I'm able to get back on my feet. I promise I'll be out of your hair before you even know I was in it." // She took a deep breath and nodded, walking down the stairs with him and turning into the kitchen to awkwardly linger there. "I wasn't going to. Tell you, I mean. I went back and forth about it a bunch of times. I guess I just feel really shitty." She moved her hand to her neck again, grasping at nothing. "And I essentially did exactly what all the guys told me not to do. And on the ride back to Portland, I looked up reviews of our performances online. Needless to say, the internet isn't a kind place."-
Covet: "I'm glad you re thought that decision. Just think how much different my mood would be if you didn't tell me." Felix told her as he reached into the cupboard for a bowl, and pulled out a bag of carrots. "You don't need to feel shitty right now, on my behalf. But you really should listen to them about the reviews. You're only going to let that hinder you, ignore the haters and focus on what you know you do best."
Tsaaq: She sighed again. Hayley looked over to Adam and gave him a very stern expression with her eyebrows raised.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam dug into his pocket to pull out his phone to look at the time, flinching. "Yeah... okay... whatever. You can have my bed." He dragged his hand down the length of his face before looking at Hayley and catching her expression. "I'm just too tired right now, okay?" He dragged himself up to his feet, gesturing toward the house. "Go ahead." // Gloria smiled at Adam, leaning over to peck his cheek and leave a red lipstick mark. "Thank you baby. You're such a sweetheart." She turned away from them quickly, walking her way up to the front door to let herself into the house, quickly moving through the living room and up the stairs like she owned the place. // "I know." She groaned, leaning her head forward so she could put it in her hand. "I was just curious what the audience thought of us. It's easy for me to stand there and have people come up to take pictures and ask for autographs. But people feel like they can be honest when they hide behind their computer screen. And I wanted that honesty." She chewed on the inside of her cheek, watchng him get the carrots. "A couple of them were kind of funny. And some were really mean... but there were good ones too." She glanced over at the front door when it opened, furrowing her brows at the blonde bustling into the house and up the stairs. "Uh.. do you often have prostitutes in your house?"-
Covet: "People can also be just straight up assholes behind a keyboard because they know there's nothing anyone can do about it. I would honestly stick with the fan feedback, and ignore the critics." He told her sliding the bowl over to her. "Or at least focus on the good ones." His eyes watched the trashy lady coming into the house, "Uh.. .No I'm pretty sure that this is the first one."
Tsaaq: "Adam you can't just..." She trailed off and sighed. "What if she tries to steal some people's stuff or something?" She asked him carefully. Hayley stood up and offered her hand to help him up. "I love having you bed with me but... I don't know. This didn't end well last time." She whispered.
Alexithymiaa: "It'll be okay. She was just going to keep talking and eventually argue her way into the house anyway. I might as well skip all the talking and go right to the end because I just dont want to deal with it right now. I'll talk to her in the morning and get the real story." He took her hand, beginning to make his way to the front door, climbing the stairs with her and pulling the door open so she could go in ahead of him, letting Lady run in as well. // "People will be assholes regardless. At least this way I elect when I feel like seeing it and dealing with it." She shrugged, taking the bowl of carrots from him and picking one up to turn it over in her fingers. "So... are we just going to let the prostitute wander the house? I swear this is why you guys have so many problems over here."-
Covet: "Uh, what am I exactly supposed to do about it? Follow behind her with disinfectant?" Felix asked watching her toy with the carrots, reaching over to take one from her popping it into his mouth.
Tsaaq: She nodded her head as she walked with him. "As long as you've got a handle on this..." She said, glancing at the time. "I have to take my meds before we go to bed." She frowned, waiting for him to come inside the house as she began to pet Lady.
Alexithymiaa: "I do. Just... tomorrow." He spoke shortly, stepping inside the house and pushing the door closed behind him. He waved to Felix and Steph in the kitchen before starting for the stairs. "Okay, I'm just going to make sure she's settled in my room and then I'll meet you in your room." // "I doubt that would hurt." She smirked, bringing the carrot up to her lips and taking a small bite, chewing it slowly. "Maybe we should take this upstairs. And lock your door. And possibly move furniture in front of it."-
Covet: "You afraid that the prostitution is going to spread or something? Like a zombie virus... dude.. zombie prostitutes... nice..." He said crunching another carrot, "Yeah, let's head upstairs."
Tsaaq: Hayley nodded her head again, jogging up the stairs in front of him so she could get ready for meds and sleeps.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam dragged himself tiredly up the stairs, turning to his bedroom to check on Gloria briefly before making his way to Hayley's room to essentially collapse onto her bed. Probably falling asleep almost instantly. // "Please stop talking." She spoke bluntly, clutching the bowl of carrots to her stomach as she turned to move out of the kitchen. "Can I borrow another shirt?" She asked with a little grin, making her way up the stairs and turning quickly to Felix's room since she didn't know where the prostitute went.-
