- party returns to hanakr
- kologhan gives them a homing beacon for hanakr. the beacon gains a charge each day. one charge can be used to teleport one willing creature.
- Grist has returned from the hells. Geryon having offered him a deal in exchange for the ritual. He produces a list of names. Geryon wishes these individuals dead (if they still live), their souls delivered to him. In exchange for this, he is bound by infernal contract to aid us in undoing the effects of the doomwake- first by providing the details of a ritual to usher the lost souls into the eternal grey. second by offering his own power for this ritual. Without him it is unlikely we could muster the power required... (mechanically, the spell requires six 10th level spell slots to be consumed during the casting of the ritual).
- The names are:
- Ink-Eyes
- Domithun
- Kanauru
- J'febe Zos
- Eladamri Liv, XXIX
- Hordun Strakhelm-Donnegroth
- In Larin:
- Town is doing well, with Ragmaw gone there is a generally positive outlook on things. The goblins to the south have formed a good relationship with the town and can be seen interacting with townsfolk. The obsidian blackguard have upped their security significantly. The dwarf has restored the small temple to kylier almost entirely- saying it's about time for him to move on and find a new place to restore. Ragmaw's castle is largely abandoned, a small group of goblins remains there. Fort Ikonn is calm, with the tensions with goblins eased there is a more relaxed attitude in general. The town will speak of Cymier's disappearance causing a issues in Az Tor, having lead to a number of votes to try and elect a new leader. The situation has given a long time political figure a chance at being elected, who is corrupt. His opposition will have mysterious accidents.
- The Shadow in the basement of Ragmaw's castle has grown in strength after feeding on several goblins who wandered down there. If slain, the basement chamber will be cleansed, and on closer inspection is a very much damaged/dilapidated shrine to Ilyrie.
- The northern peninsula is home to a series of standing stones in a vaguely oval shape, they are carved with imagery of sea creatures- fish, whales, squid, etc.
- the south eastern peninsula is home to mostly dense wood, but a goblin tribe here has found a small fragment of a comet- one of the pieces of Masumi, the last of Eska's tears.
- Zalazziar:
- standing stones were near the site of an old fishing village, who offered things to the sea. more druidic, not necessarily direct worship of hana
- the tears are divine artifacts. each one is the result of eska's sorrow- the original and largest tear fell when her mortal lover died. since then, others have been the result of great tragedies her followers have shared with her, a divine recognition of their grief.
- ~2 weeks until grist kills the dwarven king.
- if they enter a larger city, Arodeth will find them, inquiring about the stone they found.
