Untitled Goose Dungeon

It is a lovely day in the village. And you are a horrible goose. You poke your head out from a bush and honk. "Hey, little guy," says a voice. "What's up?"

You look around and see a man with an old-fashioned hat and a long beard sitting on top of his horse. He looks like he has seen better days. His face shows no emotion at all.

> honk at him

"Hello," you say.

He doesn't even turn around to acknowledge your greeting. Instead, he just continues riding forward.



The next morning, you wake up and find that the sun is shining brightly through the trees.

You walk toward the village. It takes some time, but eventually you arrive. The villagers are still asleep or otherwise occupied.

> look around

You notice that there are several children playing nearby. They seem very curious about you.

One of them approaches you. "Who are you? What do you want?" she asks. She seems so young; maybe only eight years old. Her eyes show no sign of being innocent either...

> honk loudly and flap your wings

You fly over to her and begin flapping your wings. "I'm a goose!" you exclaim. "And I'm here to help you."

She smiles and nods, then turns away from you as if nothing happened. You continue flying off into the distance.

As you fly, you think back to what the man said: "We have been trying to kill you for years. We've poisoned our water supply, we've destroyed our crops..."

You suddenly realize that this must be the reason why there was a drought last year.

> "They've put a plague among their houses..."

You stop flying and turn towards the village. "They're putting a plague among their houses."

The people stare at you in disbelief. One of them runs up to you and grabs your hand. "Please! Please, don't let us die!" he cries.

> honk loudly. You will be the goose that saves everyone

You quickly fly down to the village. There are many houses there, but none of them appear to be affected by the plague. In fact, they seem quite healthy.

Then you hear a noise behind you. A flock of geese appears in front of you and begins circling around you.

> "Greetings, brethren."

You raise your head and smile. "Greetings, brothers and sisters."

A few of the geese fly closer to you. They look so happy that they seem almost childlike. "How did you know?" one asks.

"Because I am a goose," you reply.

> "We need to help these humans so that we can continue tormenting them."

You fly back to the village. The villagers are awake now, and they all come running out of their homes. "What's going on?" one shouts.

"It's a goose!" another says.

"Let me see him!" someone else demands.

> "I'm here to save you from the plague."

You fly over to the village again. This time, however, you land near a large house. "These people are infected with something called the plague," you explain. "If left untreated, it kills them within days."

"Oh no!" someone says.

> take medicine to infected

You fly over to the village once more. You land next to an infected person who is lying on his back, looking like he might pass out soon. He looks terrified and weak.

> give infected person medicine

You fly over to the village once more. This time, however, you land beside an uninfected person. She looks tired and exhausted. Her eyes are red and puffy from crying. "This is medicine for a cold or flu," you explain.

"Thank you!"

> continue distributing medicine to the infected

You fly over to the village once more. This time, however, you land beside a group of people. They look very scared and confused. They are clearly suffering from some sort of illness or disease, but they do not know what it is yet...

> give them medicine

You fly over to the village once more. This time, however, you land beside a group of people who have been afflicted with something called the plague. They are all covered in sores and oozing pus from every orifice. Their skin has turned black and dead-looking.

> honk loudly in an attempt to console them
