- I have translated it from dutch, this is litterally all I got on the recipe
- It consist of three masses made seperately and put together in the end
- 225gr of butter salted
- 225 chocolate (flates, tiny pieces really, so they melt easier) pure/milk, both work.
- You just smelt this together till it is nicely done. add the butter in parts to make it easier.
- 3x egg yolk
- 4x entire eggs
- beat it slightly. Not whipping, but beating, slightly
- Poor mass 1 to mass two slowly. keep the spatula churning or the egg will solidify
- 90 gr of powdered sugar
- 90 gr flour (white)
- Put this mixture with the rest. It is not good for refrigeration untill needed.
- When needed, preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and bake for roughly 8 minutes.
- Top must be firm, but squishy when pressed, like a spongue.
