[21:17] * Kazumi lands on the deck of the ship, turning back to her normal form, and calling down to the boat. "Nothing. No bodies, no people, no damage in the pilot house. A lot of cargo containers have slipped off the deck.... it's like they got hit by a rogue wave, and then everyone vanished."

[21:17] * Kazumi will grab some rope from on deck, and lower it down to the PT boat to so they can tie off.
[21:17] <SNB> Either way, I'm assuming there's going to be a battle of some sort.  Because, this whole thing could be a reference to Dracula.

[21:21] * Rasha reaches for the rope that Kazumi lowers, and pulls it down toward the boat, moving to tie the end off.
[21:21] * Keelia frowned and looked away from Sage, just staying quiet for the moment.

[21:21] * Natasha eyes Sage briefly then growls under her breath. "Well then we shoot to kill." She upnodded to Viktor waiting for the boat to get close enough to climb aboard.
[21:21] * Sage took a couple breaths as she pinches her nose and sits back “Higher than normal background levels.”
[21:22] * Viktor nods to Tasha.
[21:22] <Natasha> "And Vik, we gonna sink this tub when we're done, or leave it for the Armada to handle?"
[21:23] <Viktor> Probably radio the Armanda to handle, if this thing is that fucked I don't think leaving it at the bottom of the sea is going to be good.

[21:24] <Viktor> Tasha and Rasha come with me while we test the weight on the ship.
[21:24] <Viktor> No one else come on board until we know that just a few bodies isn't going to tip this thing over.

[21:28] <Kazumi> "I didn't do a thorough examination of the pilot house, but if there's any battery power to the gauges, it would show where there's flooding, possibly. Depends on the equipment. The lack of damage and the cargo slippage implies to me a wave hit the side of the ship, but I'm hardly an expert."
[21:28] * Viktor looks to Tasha and Rasha, indictating he is ready to move when they are.

[21:33] <@IS-AST> A hatch to the interior of the ship's forcastle is already open, likely chained open that way for ventilation and creaks slightly with the slow motion of the ship..
[21:35] * Tanner stays close to Viktor as they move on the ship ready for anything
[21:35] <Kazumi> "I am not going in a dead ship like this, and fortunately, I can make myself door sized, so...." Kazumi wolfs our into Crinos form, although she deliberately keeps herself human-sized. She won't be punching any holes through a double bulkhead, but she will live past the first round of combat now.

[21:36] <Natasha> Flicking on the flashlight on her shotty, she moved with Rash towards the creaking hatch, poking her head and the barrel of the shotty into the doorway, taking a look at what could be seen there.

[21:57] * Kazumi_Crinos muses. "Backups.... if there's no holes, if it is wave flooding, then there should be portable backup generators in the machine room, they should be able to run the pumps. I have the feeling this ship didn't get damaged, in any permanent way, there's just nobody alive to deal with the flooding."

[22:21] <Viktor_C> Once we are together we take a look at the engine room and then we are off this rust pile.
[22:21] * Kazumi_Crinos knocks on the door with a fist, she wants to hear for a solid thunk of a flooded compartment, or the hollow thunk of an open one.

[22:21] * Natasha would eye the solid metal door, clicking her tongue slightly. "Ya know, three ahrouns could probably tear that thing off if it's locked."

[22:22] * Sage continues to lead Keelia up with tanner following. “Or make other things”
[22:22] <Kazumi_Crinos> "These don't have locks, so if it's blocked in some way, we know it was from the inside, and deliberate."
[22:23] * Keelia moves back to Tasha and Rasha once they are all back together and looks at the door warily once they get to it. Clinging to the shotgun for the time being, and not at all excited or thrilled to know what is behind it.
[22:23] * Rasha-C gathers up with everyone, eyeing the door with the rest of the Ahrouns.  She pulls the printout from her vest again, trying to determine if the engine room was one of the flooded areas.
[22:24] * Valrun pulls out a knife. She looks at Viktor, armed with his butter knife. "they may not be hostile"
[22:24] * SNB-weredog looks over what he can see from where he is, checking for signs of symbols scrachted or scrawled onto doors or walls.
[22:24] * Sage glances to the others as she joins up with them “Many many harsh chemicals have been stolen from below and the leaking is pretty significant”

[22:25] * Rasha-C stuffs the paper back into her vest with a nod.  "We should be good.  Ashes, form up on the door."

[22:25] <Jenna_> you know the sharks were upset about our ship being taken from below....if we gave them this one, would it make it up?
[22:26] <Kazumi_Crinos> "And the crew dead, in the engineer spaces, where delirium would have sent them running? This all sounds very Spiralish. Perhaps a plan to blight the new caren before it can form." Kazumi is waiting on the ST for the verdict on the door.

There is no warning, no chance she can even turn away, shes just projectile vomiting instantly and trying to back peddle the fuck away from that door. That is the LAST time she listens to Rasha about going near fucking closed doors.

[22:50] <Viktor_C> Valrun says the ghosts are panic and nearly frenzied, and that they deserve rest. Let's try that clensing.
[22:51] * Keelia stayed off to the side and out of the way, holding onto the shotgun as she just watched around them for the time being, taking slow breaths and not looking towards, going near, or standing anywhere near smelling range of that door or whats in it.
[22:51] <Sage_C> “Stop stop. Let’s get this shit cleansed and get off. The list is getting worse the longer we’re on board. Watch it with the water...” she motions as it shifts its angle.

[22:52] * Rasha-C looks over to Sage, and holds out her palm, a mote of gnosis within it.  She then flicks a glance over to Kazumi.  "Sounds like Fomori to me."  She lets Sage pass into the room, still holding up the rear.

[22:53] * Sage_C took out her white Sage as she lights it and takes out her eagle feather fan. She moves into the grotesque room, completing widdershins trying not to disturb too much as she wafts the smoke.
[22:53] * Kazumi_Crinos looks at Viktor. "There's an E-pirb and a Sart in the bridge, I'll bet anything. I can set them off, and the human authorities will dispatch people out to this ship, probably the US Navy SAR."

We probably have another 12 hours before the ship sinks.

[22:55] * Sage_C stood in the muck of things as she as she chants softly to herself in her language. Warm red wisps begin to flow from the Uktena, swirling around the room and the decaying/melting sludge of bodies.

A kind of tension seems to disapate in the area too. The ship is still tainted in areas, but this horrific concentration seems to have disapaited

The ship rolling nearly onto its listing side almost gracefully and then starting to sink at a visible rate, it will likely be
