URL Shortener - Bad Shorteners

Hi Tim,
I was going through your Link Shortener extension, and I wanted to update you on some of the URL shorteners you have available.

-Shrt Code: I could not find this and the shortener extension failed when it attempted to use this as a shortener.
- http://tinyw.in/ - This site appears to have been taken over by a trojan/phishing or some other type of malicious domain. Malwarebytes blocked me from accessing it, and it appears in VirusTotal as showing a few positives for malware.

- http://brev.is/ - This is giving a 403 Forbidden Error, so I'm assuming the site is dead
- https://short1.link/en/ - This site allows you to create short URLs from a variety of different sites via their API (I assume), so it seems like this is redundant to be included or should allow for the creation of the other URLs they offer.
- https://cleanuri.com/ - This site is flagged multiple times on VirusTotal, so I don't believe this shortener is safe any longer.

- http://out.bz/ - This site just pops up with a message "This service is meant to be private"
- CakeURL - This site is also flagged by multiple antivirus sites, including NetCraft Anti-Phishing

I also wanted to let you know, if you didn't already, that t.ly and rebrandly only offer trial shortening services if you sign up for an account. After so much time, or so many links you make, they ask you to start paying for their service.

I would also love to see support for adf.ly and coinurl.com, which pay you when people click on your links:

Anyway, I just wanted to update you on your great extension. It obviously needs an update to change some of the URL shorteners. The main one I use is is.gd, but there are many others out there of course. v.gd is another nice once that will let the person know what the URL redirects to before they click on it.
