Suddenly arrested

Makoto glanced back at her sister's Palace. Then at the Metaverse itself. The goal of the Phantom Thieves wasn't just to reform individuals like her sister, but to reform society as a whole. Could they do that on thier own? Could they continue with thier current modus operandi of targeting one individual at a time? Makoto was uncertain, but the promise that this orb gave her...it was enough to case her to make a rash decision that she would otherwise have not taken were she thinking rationally.

Immediately the next thing Makoto knew she was in handcuffs. Her clothes had changed back to that of her school uniform. What happend? Was this a ploy of the superhero? Had she been fooled? Whatever she knew, she was in serious trouble and she had made a fatal mistake.
