Possible Dr Pepper recipe (haven't tried it yet)

2 cups water
2 cups white granulated sugar

1 clove
2 black peppercorns
1/2 kernel of nutmeg, cracked
1.5 inches fresh ginger
6 inches of cinnamon

1 cup plum juice
1/2 cup blackberry juice
2 tbsp apricot preserves
1 tbsp cherry juice
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
2 tsp raspberry preserves
Saccharum of 3 raspberries
Saccharum of 5 blackberries
Saccharum of 1/4 Meyer lemon
Saccharum of 1/2 of navel orange

Infuse spices into syrup of sugar and water. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
Yields approx 5.5 cups. Mix with 27 cups of seltzer to make soda
