- 2 cups water
- 2 cups white granulated sugar
- 1 clove
- 2 black peppercorns
- 1/2 kernel of nutmeg, cracked
- 1.5 inches fresh ginger
- 6 inches of cinnamon
- 1 cup plum juice
- 1/2 cup blackberry juice
- 2 tbsp apricot preserves
- 1 tbsp cherry juice
- 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 2 tsp raspberry preserves
- Saccharum of 3 raspberries
- Saccharum of 5 blackberries
- Saccharum of 1/4 Meyer lemon
- Saccharum of 1/2 of navel orange
- Infuse spices into syrup of sugar and water. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
- Yields approx 5.5 cups. Mix with 27 cups of seltzer to make soda
