  1. pork dumpling meatballs

  3. veg oil
  4. 1 whole head of bok choy, chopped
  5. 1 Tb fresh grated ginger
  6. 2 Tb minced garlic
  7. 6 green onions, chopped
  8. 1/2c panko bread crumbs
  9. 2 large eggs beaten
  10. 2 Tbs soy sauce
  11. 2 lbs ground pork

  13. cooked the bok choy in the vegtable oil for 5-10min, it will wilt down some. Then add the garlic, ginger, green onion. Cook for maybe 2min, it'll start smelling real good. Turn off and let cool some while you get the rest of the ingredients together. get it all together in a big bowl and get everything mushed together (including the bok choy mixture). Shape into meatballs (1oz? ish? I didn't measure) until you fill a tray or get sick of your hands being slimy and shape the rest into a loaf in a baking dish.

  15. Meatballs cooked in 25min at 375. Loaf was about 55min. Served with dipping sauce.

  17. Dipping sauce-
  18. 3Tbs Hoisin Sauce
  19. 3Tbs Rice wine vinegar
  20. 1/4c soy sauce
  21. 2 tsp honey
  22. 1 tsp garlic powder
  23. 1 Tb dried minced onion
  24. 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
