i held the guitar in my hand. i didn't know how to play it, unfortunately. it was a present given to me for my birthday once, and i never really played it. i wasn't going to start now - i was extremely well suited to my newer and more used keyboard. still, it didn't hurt to pick up once in a while, to see if i could procure any interesting sounds from it. in the absence of my hands the guitar started growing leaves, which were now encased inside the strings. somehow the stems were extremely strong, so i couldn't cut them off. the leaves had rendered the guitar unplayable, but it DID give the guitar a cool look, which was something.

I put the guitar down and walked over to my keyboard. much better. i could actually play this instrument, and it had proved itself well over the past few years. i played this at school events and gigs, and at the annual neighbourhood festival last year. and more recently i has bought a DAW and started to use my keyboard to make music, and i was in the process of creating my first album. it was gonna be great.

i looked back at the guitar, and decided to still keep it, even if i couldn't play it.
