- Please consider removing the current Blizzard II, and replacing it with the Freeze Spell, renaming Freeze to Blizzard II. This would make it similar to both Fire II and Thunder II in functionality.
- To make up for the lack of Level 35 quest reward it would leave behind, make the initial level 12 new Blizzard II / Freeze not remove "and" grant umbral ice, but instead make it grant umbral ice or remove astral fire as Blizzard II before it did. But, at level 35, award the "Freeze" trait, which changes the additional effect to "Grants Umbral Ice III and removes Astral Fire."
