[size=3]Article 1: Mutual Recognition of Territory[/size]

 Kusari recognizes the Sigma seventeen system as a region of overlapping political and cultural interests with the GMG. Planet Kurile shall remain property of Samura Heavy industries, the Gas Miners Guild diplomatically recognise Planet Kurile  as Samura's outpost in the Sigma seventeen system..
The GMG fully recognizes the Kusari Government as the sole governing body of クサリ 帝国 [i]Kusari Teikoku [/i](Kusari), and recognizes their right to defend their assets.

Under this agreement, neither entity challenges nor denies the aforementioned territorial claims of the other.

[size=3]Article 2: Mutual Security[/size]

[b]2.1 General Security. [/b] Both the GMG and Kusari are encouraged to offer voluntary support to each other against immediate threats including but not limited to unlawful activities, terrorism, and foreign incursion

[b]2.2 Authority.[/b]  GMG vessels are subject to the Kusari Legal Codex at all times whilst within Kusari space.  Kusari vessels are subject to GMG policies and regulations whilst within sovereign GMG Territory.  The GMG are not permitted to enforce GMG policies whilst within Kusari space, and likewise, the Kusari Naval Forces and Kusari State Police are not permitted to enforce the Kusari Legal Codex within GMG space.

[b]2.3 Patrols.[/b] Samura Heavy Industries has unrestricted patrol rights within the 7.0k radius of Kurile and 7.0k around the Gate to sigma Nineteen. The Kusari Government has restricted patrols to the edge of the Kunashir Cloud, and restricted travel to the Sigma nineteen gate.  The GMG has restricted patrol beyond this region to the edge of the Kunashir Cloud. Neither entity patrols the others' territory save for trade or transit purposes.

[b]2.4 KNF Assistance within Sigma Seventeen.[/b]  Instances of Kusari Naval Forces in Sigma seventeen are permitted at Samura Heavy Industries discretion, in order to provide immediate defence of Samura vessels and Planet Kurile from hostile threats.

[b]2.5 Pursuit.[/b]  Kusari State Police and Kusari Naval Forces are permitted to pursue, and arrest or destroy criminals in GMG space under the condition that the pursuit originated in Kusari or Samura space.  The GMG Paramilitary are permitted to pursue those who commit crimes against the GMG and Kishiro into Kusari space.

[b]2.6 Cooperation.[/b]  Neither entity initiates hostilities against compliant military or state police forces of the other.
