Sunhi was born and rise in Gwangju, South Korea on 27 February 2000. Her family is an ordinary family. Her parents is a cafe owner. She doesn't have any siblings thats why sometimes she feel lonely. Also when she was 10 years old, her parents divorced. Then she lived with her mother. When she was 14 years old, she ever auditioned for SM and gladly she passed it. She trained in SM for about 1 year 3 months. After that, she decided to leave for some reason.
