Multiform: Kataclade has three forms, Free Form, Sword Form, and Shield Form, each with different effects. In Free Form Kataclade gains +2 to all possessed movement capabilities. While in Sword Form Kataclade's default Attack Combat Stages are set to 2 and while in Shield Form Kataclade's default Defense Combat Stages are set to 2. Form bonuses are only retained while in the relevant form. In addition, Kataclade may be used as a Simple Small Melee Weapon(Pierce! and Resonance Beam Adept Weapon Moves) in Sword Form, or a Shield in Shield Form, if the pokemon is willing.

When Fainted Kataclade returns to Free Form.
