Name: Celestia Ludenberg
Title: The Scarlet Gambler

Celestia Ludenberg, known as "The Scarlet Gambler" to those she gambles with after dark, or "Celes-san" to those she lounges with in the Upper Class Headquarters, is a young woman of high standing in the Upper Class, demanding that they keep their power. After all, in her eyes, the elite are the ones to rule.

Her role for the Upper Class is the female leader, as well as one of their main profiteers. She doesn't mind going out and searching for information as well, and is rarely seen without her "tool", Ishimaru Kiyotaka. However, unlike her Renegade counterpart, she finds herself going to whatever length it takes.

RELATIONSHIPS:

Ishimaru Kiyotaka - her tool and personal servant. Their relationship is a flip-flop between a sense of "Oh, darling, please sit down. You must be tired." and "I'M GOING TO RIP YOU TO SHREDS IF YOU EVEN /THINK/ OF DOING SOMETHING LIKE THAT, AM I UNDERSTOOD?!"
