  2. 1 cup of white rice: 1/2 TSP
  3. Pasta: 1 TSP
  4. Mashed potatoes: 3/4 TSP for boil, 1/4 TSP after boil while mashing
  5. 2 Eggs: pinch

  8. 1 cup of white rice: 2 cups
  9. Pasta: 4 cups
  10. Potatoes: 4 cups
