OVERVIEW
The proposed project will be efficiently handled in Alaska. It will serve approximately 2,000 to 5,000 people. The programs, when in conjunction with each other, will be a women’s relief system that attains justice and relieves symptoms of hostility in women’s environments. It will cost $900,000 for a ten year period. It will directly affect the women being served and will be an economic relief toward similar endeavoring charities. It will foster hope that our environments can serve us as women similarly to the way botanic gardens serve the native plant populations that they preserve. This society will garner hope for years to come. It will be an anchor for women of Alaska; single or married. Working or studying, Un-employed or with children. The single greatest defeat to any women’s movement is that they do not gather together for their purposes and here they will be able to gather. We will also provide with the forum an example of emotional support during the various and difficult transitions that a woman will go through in her life. The website will serve women of all races, creeds and walks of life. It will be a buoy towards hope and prosperity. We will gain by helping each other through adversity. This is very important and will be the theme of the nonprofit as it stands.
GOALS
To finance a website that gives access to the Pour Le Fleurs Society, newsletter and forum.
To publish and print a newsletter, and run a forum for the Pour Le Fleurs Society.
SPECIFICATIONS

Organization Description and HIstory

The structure of the business is as follows. It is run by one to three employees and three directors on the board of directors. There are three programs that are all accessible on one website. The programs are as follows; a newsletter, the women’s advocacy conversation, the Pour le Fleurs society and network, and finally the women’s emotional support forum. All of these programs require access to the website which costs $45 per year. These funds will be used to pay back donors and for other overhead expenses. The nonprofit will support similar charitable entities with these funds and spend on the publishing and printing of the newsletter, and the moderation of a forum. The website will be run by one employee who also writes the newsletter and moderates the forum. Additional employees will be added as relief.

The Background

Women’s issues are a significant topic especially in America. The prevalence of gender wage gap and crimes against women is high. The need for social and emotional supports for women in America is also high. These supports enable us to prepare for careers, establish families and endeavor to safely be the adults this country needs and the leaders this country protects. The need, once again, for programs like these, in any state, is high. These problems will reduce the harmful impact of the gender wage gap by providing safe spaces, and a safe social atmosphere for women to conquer adversity with tenacity and togetherness. The amount of people served will be 2000-5000 people. They will be looking at facts such as do I feel supported around my family, community and school. Am I challenging myself in my current habitat and do i feel prepared to face the challenges of tomorrow better with the Pour Le Fleurs society

Project Description

A detailed description of the programs is as follows. :It will take the work of a board of directors, one employee and the presence of 5,000 society members to critically affirm that the website exists and serves the intended population. The website will be members only. Access will be granted through the purchase of a forty-five dollar ticket that allows users to make a username and password. The project will have a social network space available on the website where members gain access to each other through information such as phone number, email and work industry. They can contact one another for references and mentorship in connection with Pour Le Fleurs society.
In the forum there will be moderators waiting to attend to stories and ideas about conquering adversity (the theme) as women, and with tenacity and togetherness. Society members will be able to post and respond to stories and private troubles that they are experiencing. They will feel welcome and will receive feedback. The newsletter, the third leg of the project, will require one writer to publish content three times a year that support the theme and engage women in women's rights and environmentalism. Ad space will be required to gain members. The theme allows women to gather about their woes and challenges all while supporting one another in a group function. A website creator will need to be hired to make the website.

The newsletter is a tri-annual publication of about 5,000 words. It is centered on women’s topics.
Researching native plants and giving to similar endeavoring charities.
In doing this we have done real research into the prospect of plants and people surviving where they are intended to grow. We have also established a network through representation of similar endeavoring charities.
