Baby Vanilla

"Attention all viewers! Due to the alte arrive of the endof the episode (as usual), the producer has gone ahead and released the following episode."

(Main episode)

(Living Room)

(Tails is sitting down sifting through a box of has rejected inventions)

(Angie walks up)

Angie: Hey, Tails.
Tails: Oh, hi Angie.
Angie: Inventory?
Tails: Yeah, looking through my old, discarded stuff.
Angie: Let me see...

(He pulls out what looks like an MP3 player)

Angie: What's this?
Tails: It's a cPOD.
Angie: Is that like an iPOD?
Tails: Yes, but it only plays country music.

(Angie pulls out a large, thick pad with a button and a dial)

Angie: And what's this?
Tails: The Age-Regressor. It turns people into babies.
Angie: Why'd you scrap it?
Tails: It's been done way too often in cartoons.
Angie: Oh...

(Amy sticks her head through the doorway)

Amy: Hey, Tails! You coming outside?
Tails: Coming, Amy!

(Angie places the Age-Regressor on the shelf, face down; and leaves. The device starts beeping)

(Vanilla enters; beeping speeds up)

Vanilla: I'd better get this stuff down to the lab.

(Outside, Sonic, Tails, Amy, Cream, and Angie play in the sandbox; A loud zapping sound occurs from inside the house)

Amy: What was that?
Tails: Oh, no!

(They all run inside to the living room; They find Vanilla's clothes piled on the foot of the shelf)

Cream: Mommy!
Sonic: Tails, what did you do?
Tails: I didn't do anything.

(They notice her clothes moving, and out of the "bell" of the dress crawls out with nothing on... a baby rabbit girl, who is about the same age as Cream. Guess what? IT'S VANILLA!)

Baby Vanilla: Ugh! What happened? Why's everything bigger?
Amy: ... She's... She's...
Angie: A baby!
Baby Vanilla: Huh? Ah!
Cream: I can't have a baby be my Mommy!

(Kevin and Kyle enter through the front door)

Kevin: Hey, Vanilla, we're-- What the--?
Tails: We just found out, too. It's the work of my Age Regressor. It's been placed face down on the shelf.
Angie: I'm sorry. It's my fault.
Tails: I'll try to change her back.

(Tails turns the dial from "Baby" to "Current". He pushes the button. Nothing happens)

Tails: Great. Cliche number one: "The AR victim is always prevented from being changed back at the beginning." I supposed I'll have to get to work on this.
Kevin: And we'd better put you in clothes that fit, Vanilla.

(Later, Baby Vanilla comes out of the nursery in a diaper and a blue tank-top with Kevin)

Baby Vanilla: This is weird, me being a baby again.
Kevin: Don't worry, knowing Tails, you'll be back to normal in no time.
Baby Vanilla: Hmm...

(She goes outside to the others who are playing)

Angie: Miss Vanilla wanna play with us?
Baby Vanilla: No, guys. I'm too old for all that baby stuff.
Angie: You ARE a baby.
Baby Vanilla: Just because of that accident with Tails' invention. I'm really much older than you.
Amy: Well... maybe you could enjoy being a baby again.
Baby Vanilla: But...
Amy: Wanna ride the sit-n'-spin?
Baby Vanilla: But I'm an adult! I don't this stuff!
Kids: Please!
Baby Vanilla: *Sigh*

(Tails, in the meanwhile, was getting squared away with fixing the reverse switch)

Kevin: Well? How's it coming?
Tails: It's probably going to take a while, circuits are fried. Might have to rewire it.

(Baby Vanilla is playing on the sit-n'-spin with Angie, she seems to be enjoying it a little.)

Baby Vanilla (Thinking to herself): Adults don't do this... and yet, I kinda like it.
Cream: See, Mommy, this is fun!
Angie: After we get done with this game, wanna play something else?

(Pbbt! Vanilla suddenly blushes)

(Meanwhile, Kevin and Tails come up from the basement/lab)

Kevin: Well, we looked  everywhere and still no good wire. What are we gonna do?
Tails: *Yawn* Maybe we could run to Power Station after naptime.

(Vanilla is standing in the doorway)

Kevin: What's wrong?
Vanilla: I need a... d...
Kevin: A diaper?

(Vanilla blushes harder as she nods)

Tails: Tried to warn you. Age-Regression Cliche No. 2: "The Regressed tend to need their diaper changed during the episode."
Kevin: Well, I'll change her and then put you all down for a nap.
Angie: But how do you know so much about cliches or whatever it's called?
Tails: Don't you watch cartoons?

(Nursery)

(Tails lies next to Sonic, Cream with Vanilla, and Amy with Angie)

Baby Vanilla: Well I can see why Shadow wanted to wear them again. They fell pretty cushy. Anyway, I just hope Tails can change me back soon.

(She goes off to sleep)

Kevin: There has to be a way in finding a good set of wires so we can get you back to normal. I hope you'll be able to wing it until we do... Vanilla.

(Tails is fast asleep... but then his eyes fling open)

Tails: That's it! *Darts to the lab*
Kevin: That's what?

(Lab)

(Tails is taking apart the cPOD with a screwdriver)

Kevin: What's going on?
Tails: I'm going to try to replace the wiring in the Age-Regressor with those of the cPOD, they're similar to each other. Get Miss Vanilla in here.

(Kevin runs and gets Vanilla out of the bed.)

Baby Vanilla: *Yawn* What's going on?
Tails: I'm going to turn you back into an adult!
Baby Vanilla: You are?
Tails: Yes! Hey, you get her clothes?
Kevin: I'll go get them!

(In the Nursery, Sonic gets out of bed)

Sonic: (Groggily) Tails? Vanilla?

(Leaves the room)

(Lab)

(Vanilla is wearing her adult dress, which is obviously too big for her in baby form)

Tails: Ready?
Baby Vanilla: Ready!

(Tails aims the device at her; It starts beeping, faster and faster)

(Sonic pokes his head through the doorway behind her)

Sonic: Guys--?

(Flash and a zap! Vanilla is turn back to an adult, fully clothed)

Vanilla: It worked!
Tails: I did it! Ha ha!
Kevin: You really out did yourself, Tails!

(Tails sees something)

Tails: Look!

(Somebody is standing in the doorway. It looks like a hedgehog possibly in late adolescence)

Kevin, Tails, Vanilla: ...
