Book Title: [Head surgeon's Name and profession] Journal.


Book Subject: Journal of head surgeon/doctor at asylum, studying subjects from oblivion and other strange entities. A series of journals, 4 of them will be scattered throughout Asylum. Subjects are held within cells, sealed by magical runes to prevent escape. Journal will talk casually about the brutal experiments performed at asylum, bringing human subjects for use.

1st journal should be an introduction to functions of asylum, detailing certain rooms and colleagues. Shouldn't be done in expository manner, just referencing those subjects in a roundabout way. Talk of patients who are being drawn from the Kingdom (Of Evermore), undesirables/criminals. Then move on to strange subjects that are being studied at lowest level of asylum, should be near end of first journal.

2nd journal can be about how certain strange subjects were acquired, that they were sent to asylum by independent mercenaries/hunters/mages, being compensated for having brought said subjects. Maybe talk of incident actively occurring at time of writing this journal entry, up to you.

3rd Journal will be talking about specific subject, brought from abandoned witch den. Subject is a patchwork of human body parts, it is depressed and silent. Subject brought to Asylum, where events take a turn for the worse. Freak accidents start occurring and it seems that another entity also followed this subject, like the asylum is now haunted by something the surgeons/doctors aren't aware of (they have knowledge of the entities already there, just not of the patchwork subject).

4th journal will be when subjects are let loose in the asylum, with chaos ensuing. Talk of how most surgeons/doctors holed themselves up in certain room. Maybe kitchen/dining area? Talk of the shrieks and screams they hear, and the strange events that follow as a result of dealing with these eldritch type horrors. Head surgeon dies here, so make end abrupt? Or give clues on what killed him [The entity that followed the patchwork subject is the brother of said subject, it is a revenant type figure that is protecting the patchwork subject.]
