Thank you for your response. Just to clarify, we have a distribution deal with Aerosoft and have been working with Aerosoft since 2016. Aerosoft, on our behalf, have obtained a license with TfL for use of their iBus announcements/roundels/New Routemaster and any other TfL based content included in the add-on. We've also independently partnered up with the Ride with Pride scheme at TfL, to help promote the scheme further; and have liaised with several bus operators so far, such as Go-Ahead London/Stagecoach/Abellio/CT Plus and Arriva; in order to help further the authenticity of the Add-On.
Our previous work with operators have included
-	Use their content
-	In some cases studying their garage buildings and facilities which have been recreated in the add-on
-	Having access to necessary vehicles to obtain reference pictures/sounds/measurements etc.
