  1. String
  2.
  3. The doll gurgled in the darkness, walking the unlit hospital-like hallways, it's own biolumeniscent goop giving it the light to see and the will to live, it sniffed the air around for prey, seeking for fresh meat to thrive upon
  4.
  5. They did smell it: a faint rose like smell, but they also felt a sharp sting in their heart, originating from a single sharp spike like string from the darkness.
  6.
  7. "Oh.." they said in a raspy voice, it's last words just leaving their stitched lips as it collapsed, the string retracted, glowing with the blue goop.
  8.
  9. From out of the darkness and into the glowing light of the doll's corpse, was the girl in the ragged dress, the strings at the tips of it moving around in a slow and methodical fashion, the string that had touched the doll's heart was plucked out, falling into tje ground.
  10.
  11. "I have to use these less.." the girl thought outloud for herself as she scooped up the goop from the creature into a small lidless cracked jar.
  12.
  13. It would last only a bit more than the candles, but at least it was more reliable than the ever hungry for gas lamps.
  14.
  15. Match
  16.
  17. The boy ran, the indescript nonsensical ramblings of the loopsiders following close behind
  18.
  19. He desperately sweated bullets as he tried to light a match, yelling out a swear as they either fell, burned out too quickly or simply refused to light up
  20.
  21. "c'mon c'mon C'MON!" the boy pleaded trough gritted teeth.
  22.
  23. His eyes then met his salvation, a door!,a wooden one at that!, if he had the luck..
  24.
  25. He leaped into the small closet like room with darkness, turning back quickly to close and lock the door.
  26.
  27. The steps of the shiny shoes of the loopsiders soon stopped, one of them tried to peek trough the doorhole, while another pulled a paper from his suitcase and started mumbling off names
  28. "Sir james...miss abelmel....miss amber!" It said "she is in the do not visit list" *they said to the dissapointed groans of the salesmen beings, who quickly scattered away to whatever place they belonged.
  29.
  30. The boy smilled with glee as they went away, FINNALY!, he could rest in peace, he could rest in the room to regain his energies, all he needed to do was light up a match, and so he did, happyly lighting up one with a green tip, and lifting it up to see-
  31.
  32. Two large eyes, and a smile bigger than his own
  33.
  34.
  35. Cloth
  36.
  37. A doll with a big stitched grin walked down the hallways, her lovely pink glowing goop from her empty eyes showing her the way.
  38.
  39. She stopped in her tracks as she saw the doll with the blue goop, laying dead upon the dusty ground, by the looks of it, his soul had been sick, very sick
  40.
  41. "You poor thing.." she said as she analyzed the doll's thrashed state, at least someone or something had them put out of their misery, which the doctor found was due to a pierced heart, laying deflated down among a dehydrated pile of blue.
  42.
  43. "Do not sorry sweetie" she said, pulling out a toolbox, the rattle inside showing that there was not much
  44.
  45. She pulled out a needle in her right hand, and a pulsating, ever shifting it's colours ball of flesh on her left hand
  46.
  47. "Which colour would you like?" She asked to the corpse, who responded by pulsating by a inch
  48.
  49. "Yellow as the sun it is!" She said with a grin.
  50.
  51. "Now dear.." *she said as she stuck the fleshy, pulsating goo into the cavity, it's tendrils beggining to extend out and connect to the main flesh and bone
  52. "Lets start with your heart shall we?"
  53.
  54. The end
