No one seems to know why Arroneus decided that he should rule all of Wonderland, and it is rumored that not even he knows. This is a lie. Prince Arroneus Brightcrown knows EXACTLY when and why he decided that all of Wonderland should fall under his rule, his father the king sickly and unable to make any decisions, his kingdom the only thing that wasn't corrupt and full of criminals and madmen, and that was only cause Arroneus took frequent walks and personally executed any wrongdoers no matter the crimes, all were sentenced to death. He personally led his armies to country after country bringing about his cold and cruel justice to everyone who did not follow his laws and fall under his rule, executing the royals of opposing countries to demoralize the peasants and ensure that no one would want to rise up. He knows of the rebellion that thinks it's so secret from him, he knows all that goes on in his land, he lets the rebellion live because it is a constant source of amusement, and he wouldn't want his skills as a leader to dull. He knows of the Outsider's coming and has sent out minions and spies to keep an eye on them and to, invite, the Outsider into his palace wanting to make sure that what change occurs from the Outsider's presence is in his favor.
