Dear Coach Henderson,
My name is Tyler Alexander and I graduated from High School in 2019. I am currently enrolled at Sierra College in Rocklin, California where I spent my greyshirt year recovering from my Labrum Surgery and spent everyday learning from one of the best Quarterback Coaches at the Juco level. I would love to keep in contact with you throughout the year.
As an individual, I am personally interested in learning more about your program. I love to see how your team operates together and the chance to become a part of that family has been a dream of mine for some time now.  I would love to help this program meet more appearances in the postseason, thrive, and learn more as an individual.
I played as an Athlete for the River City Raiders but was never able to secure the quarterback job, as my team needed my skills elsewhere in our wishbone offense. I hold the record for the most Tackles per Game at River City (19), and I am the first player to have received the Most Improved Award in the school. I don’t believe I was given a shot at Quarterback at Sierra College, because I don’t have the High School film, and I have been working relentlessly with coaches and teammates for over 5 years now looking for an Oppurtunity. All I ask is for a chance to show what I can do as a passer, and I promise I’ll fail to disappoint. Because I don’t have much film at Quarterback, I would love to send videos completing Pro Style throws to showcase my footwork, mechanics, accuracy and anticipation. I have spent the past year working with the NorCal Passing Academy which is ran by my staff as well as Folsom's staff. I've also spent the past year working with current CFL&NFL free agent Vincent Jeffries, who also played at Florida A&M. I've worked with mechanics Guru Steve Mcpherson these past 4 years, who coached stunts at Sacramento City College, and 2 at Sierra College. I also have experience working at multiple camps (FBU, NFA, OD, Gamefit, and the National USA camp.)

My Current unweighted GPA is a 3.1. Enrolling at this college will help me thrive and become smarter, as I only have an above-average score in the SAT, and average score in the ACT. After I graduate or transfer from this school with an Associates Degree in Kinesiology, I plan to pursue my Bachelor’s Degree at a 4 Year College to study biomechanics and become an Offensive Coordinator. At my High School, I am known for working 110% for everything on and off the field and am a student of the game.. I believe attitude and effort are the two most important traits for success. I make sure that I am always the first person at practice, and the last one out. I was a Captain and 2 year Starter in High School because of my abilities to lead by example and rally my teammates to success. I love cooperating with others to success.
