Kaorin Sakura: 	Did you want to jump right into the battle or conversate with Red before hand?
DNA: 	Converse, and yes, I'd like to talk with him first.
Kaorin Sakura: 	Alright. You find gathering supplies in the Trainer Care shop. He's easily spottable.
	Cepheus White: 	(Hm, isn't that...?) he thought to himself as he entered the trainer shop. Although this man didn't look like he stood out in a crowd, the aura of power he gave off was unmistakable. Here was a true champion.
	Grace Appara: 	"?!"
	Grace Appara: 	"T-That's....That's THE Red, isn't it?!"
	Cepheus White: 	"...I believe it may be, yes. It definitely feels like it."
	Grace Appara: 	"Challenge him, Ceph-chan!"
	Grace Appara: 	"You'll be a legend if you do."
* Red turns slowly in your direction.
* Grace Appara suddenly flinches and grips her head briefly.
	Grace Appara: 	"H-He's....a Psychic."
	Cepheus White: 	"Is he now?" he whispered silently to her. Then to Red, "Excuse me, sir, but is your name Red?"
* Red silently nods to Cepheus.
	Cepheus White: 	"I had a quick message to pass on to you. Apparently Anna and your family are somewhat concerned about you, and would like to eventually see you drop by."
	Red: 	"From whom?"
	Cepheus White: 	"Professor Gary Oak. He didn't give me all the details. Presumably he wants to tell you the rest himself."
	Red: 	"Gary? So, that means you know him personally. Part of his team? Strange. I assumed it would've been a collection of kids mimicing our youth."
	Cepheus White: 	"I'm party of his team now, correct."
	Cepheus White: 	*part
	Red: 	"Thank you for the message. I was actually heading in th direction."
	Red: 	*That
* Cepheus White nodded politely.
* Grace Appara grips Cepheus' shoulder.
	Cepheus White: 	"I'm sure they'll look forward to it."
	Cepheus White: 	"While you're here, do you mind if I ask you a question? We've been wanting to test our mettle against a strong trainer, so would you mind if we sparred against you?"
	Red: 	"A spar? Why not? If things go awry, I'll keep our Pokémon alive so you won't have to worry."
* Grace Appara clenches her fists before pointing at Red.
	Cepheus White: 	"Excellent. Thank you very much."
	Grace Appara: 	"Yes! We're gonna take you down!!"
* Red smiled slightly, "And here I thought you'd never speak.
	Red: 	"Alright, so, what sort of battle are we doing?" Red asked as he walked out of the shop.
	Cepheus White: 	"Would a 4-on-4 be acceptable?"
	Red: 	"Standard?"
DNA: 	Standard as in league-legal, I'm assuming?
	Red: 	( Yes. )
	Cepheus White: 	"If you wish." He seemed noncommittal with that last answer, as if he didn't care one way or the other.
	Red: 	"Alright then, I'll start with...you."
* Pikachu sticks his head out of Red's jacket and jumps onto the field between Cepheus and Red.
	Pikachu: 	"Grrr..."
	Cepheus White: 	"Pikachu, hmm...?"
	Cepheus White: 	"In that case, my wisest choice would probably be...."
* Cepheus White sent his Claydol, Exxus, out onto the fray. He figured he'd start the battle gauging Red's strength, saving his trump cards for later.
DNA: 	(And darn, if I didn't move Claydol into somewhere I can't see.)
	Pikachu: 	( Help? )
	Exxus: 	(Okay, I can see now.)
Kaorin Sakura: 	The grass is rough terrain.

* Pikachu exhales a faintly pink bubble and Red snaps his fingers preventing the bubble from forming into a wall and instead coats itself around Pikachu. Some sort of clay shines on Pikachu. (Light Clay. Lasts until round 6)
	Cepheus White: 	"Hmm...clever."
	Red: 	"Pikachu don't get sloppy. Keep things active." (Speed Boost activates on Pikachu)

DNA: 	Let's see, I used a trainer action, and the Zen Headbutt was used as an intercept, so...

	Cepheus White: 	But somehow his words didn't help very much.
* Grace Appara crossed her arms, "I was watchin'. I know what you were doing but DAMMIT I better be in the Gym Battle!"
	Grace Appara: 	"Y'know what? I WILL be. I'm gonna be up first no matter WHAT you say."
	Cepheus White: 	"I was planning to put you first in the gym battle."
* Red watched as the event before him unfolded, the two ignoring the victory and even the Regigigas' cry. He couldn't help but laugh.
	Red: 	"Hehehahahhaha!!"
	Cepheus White: 	"I actually have a few tricks for that that you might enjoy."
	Cepheus White: 	Then he turned back to Red.
	Red: 	"You two are cute."
	Red: 	"This gave me something to think about. I'll be heading back to the Pokémon Center to heal up. Thanks for the battle. It was fun."
	Cepheus White: 	"I...thanks."
	Cepheus White: 	"I'll be going there as well. Hopefully I won't be hearing from her too much about why she didn't get airtime."
	Cepheus White: 	(Grace, I really wanted to...I really did...but...)
	Cepheus White: 	(I didn't imagine Regigigas to be this powerful...) he thought.
	Grace Appara: 	"I'll be owning the Stygian Gym, you'll see."
	Cepheus White: 	"Yes. We will."
	"Titan King": 	Regigigas then sat down and relaxed. It had earned this victory, and was going to savor it for a long time to come.
