He walks as if he is above all others, and those in his presence feel as if they are being looked down upon. Upon closer inspection, parts of Regal's body are covered with dark burn marks, his entire left arm black, with glowing orange marks that almost appear to be veins. Perhaps his most interesting feature however, are the multiple black wings that that are on Regal's back, 6 to be exact.[/border][comment]
