...Are you hallucinating from an overdose?  I won’t put up with you if you’re simply joking around.

Sae
話を進めさせてもらうわ。

怪盗からの「予告状」が届いた相手は、学校OBの五輪メダリスト
The one who received a “calling card” from the Phantom Thieves was an Olympic medalist...

体育顧問の「鴨志田卓」。
...An alumnus from Shujin Academy-the PE teacher Suguru Kamoshida.

Sae
確かに鴨志田のした事は、欲に溺れた許されざる犯罪だった　自供の裏も取れたわ。
It’s true that what he did were deplorable crimes from… indulging his desire.  He confessed to it all.

でも、転入したての君には、因縁なんて無かったはず。
But there should’ve been no connection between the two of you since you had just transferred.

It’s true the train schedule’s have been a mess due to the accident, but you’re still way too late.

Oh, right!  The volleyball rally’s in two days...

#Kamoshida and Principal saunter into frame, far enough away to eavesdrop, I guess.  There's a real economy of settings going on here.

なんであんな生徒を編入させたんです？早速、坂本とつるんでましたよ。
Why did you allow a student like him to transfer here?  He’s already stated associating with Sakamoto.

Kamoshida
前歴のある生徒と、暴力事件の張本人だ。
A student with a criminal record, and the culprit of an assault case.

Kamoshida
これじゃいくら私が学園に貢献しても、意味が無いというものですよ。
At this rate, it’d be pointless how much I contribute to the school.

Principal
そう、仰らずに

この学園は鴨志田くん頼み。あなたは、うちの華です。
The school counts on you, Kamoshida-kun.  You are our star.

Principal
ただ、華の裏で、地道な積み上げも必要なんですよ。
Still, a steady build-up is necessary behind such brilliance as well.

Kamoshida
校長も心労が絶えませんな。

The way Kamoshida was king of that castle felt crazy real ‘cause of that...
